We were on vacation and my hubs was having a lot of trouble with a very painful skin tag.
We found a surprisingly effective method for removing it:

Dab iodine on the skin tag with a cotton swab then put a bandaid on it. Repeat once per day. We used the type in this pic.

Other recommendations say to add crushed garlic to the iodine, but we didn’t have any on hand and by the time we did, the thing had already come off. Took less than 48 hours.
Totally painless.

The Phoenix is a recurring theme for me lately. It keeps coming across my view screen for the past few weeks.

The Phoenix sacrifices herself out of love and full faith that she will rise again. More beautiful and stronger than before.

The highest form of Love is self sacrifice. But when I say that, I do not mean to sacrifice the self by suffering or martyrdom. It does not mean that you accept lack or unhappiness in order to serve others. No, it’s the opposite of that.

Service before self actually means to better the self in order to truly serve Creation.
To be motivated by the knowledge that you serve a higher purpose and to heal and strengthen the self in order to come to full fruition. Your life is not your own. It’s not something for you to cling to like a rope off the side of a ship. It’s something you dance on the head of a pin with. Something you know, and appreciate and feel immense gratitude for but you offer it up to Creation in order that you might use it for its ultimate highest purpose.

You can’t do that if you are clutching it in fear.
Letting go of that fear is something that is hard for us to do when we have been conditioned to fear everything from the sun, to our brothers and sisters, to even our own bodies.

God did not make you and this world for you to dwell in fear. Let the fear go and the doors to Heaven will open up right in front of you.

Prayers for Tami and her Mom please 🙏

Can I get some prayers for Mom, she is sick and not doing good, congestion, fever of 101 and weakness. Really out of it and with everything else she does not listen. I may need a prayer as well, I'm frustrated because she says she is fine and won't communicate, so I have to visualize and observe every nook and cranie. Just to let you know I am not fine, this sucks big time. Thank you love you all.💜💜💜

It seems many of us are being squeezed and or stretched to our limits. I have been so stretched and stressed, I felt strings breaking and snapping. Last night I made time for myself and through the process I use, I felt a ton of release and realignment. Today, I have much more “space”. IMO, when the pressure builds, it’s a signal that things are ready to be released and you will emerge from it at a new level of vibration and perspective. Our instincts, when times get tough, is to hold on tight. I find going within and releasing, then letting go, falling into the unseen support of God and the Universe, more productive. If anyone wants me to share how I do this, just let me know. However, I know the process is unique to us ALL. Holding space for all who need it today. We’ve got this. ❤️

True story.

I've been up for a while already. Thought it was just grief and my thoughts spinning but then my daughter woke up and she typically only has bad sleep anymore when there's some type of heightened radio activity going on. We had a level 6 X flare last night 🤯. I'm thinking the last time I saw one so big- it was an X5 and that was may of 2023 I think...

Now if this all works the way we've been introduced.....the radio blackouts that happened yesterday should be nothing compared to what would be happening anytime in the next 6-12 hours. Because that was either caused by the X1 flares we've been having regularly over the past week.... Or it was a cyber attack timed to look like it.

But any level X flare is known to cause radio interference. Today shall be interesting all around. Think I'm going to try to take it easy on myself. And drink a gallon of coffee bc waking up at 333 when you have 4 kids is not cool.... 🌻💫🌻💫
