For the things that aren’t working for you in your life anymore…Just make a different choice.

Choose a different activity, or different food or alternate words to use to describe or to communicate something. Choose a different amount. A different frequency. A different attitude about it.

Try a different approach. Sometimes all that means is just a slight shift in your perspective.

We can know something isn’t serving our highest good and also not know how to deal with it. Not know what to “do” differently. Seeing that there’s a problem, doesn’t necessarily mean that you know how to fix it.

The answer is try a different choice about it. Shift it so that you can see it better.

Find the edges of how you feel about something. Find where happiness turns sour or where anger and frustration start to shift to acceptance and detachment. When we can find the edges of how we feel, we find the edges of our Path.
The place where the smooth travel starts to be overrun with brambles and uneven steps.
That’s the “edge”. But only you can determine where that is. And honestly, you have to wander off of it a few times to figure out where the edges are and how to get back onto it.

It’s ALL ok.
