Whatever the fuck is happening is about something INTERNAL. So you can distract yourself alllllll you want but I am feeling a massive call to minimize time online and just be in authentic connection with other souls (which sometimes brings me back online....or outside by trees 🙄🤣🤷🏼‍♀️).


The point being....I just think we have to feel our way through this. Wade the waves. And hang on for deal life.

There had been SO MUCH INFORMATION coming into each of us over the last several years. So much change, learning and Growth.
Just so much.

You’re different now.
We ALL are.

And it’s been fast, but also almost incomprehensible at the same time. Like watching your child grow. The changes are remarkable and constant, but you’re swept up in the day to day. And you don’t see the full picture until they hit milestones: 1 year, 5 years, 10 Years…
