The “Christian Religion” that entered the scene at the supposed birth of Jesus was a rebranding of what ALREADY EXISTED.

Unfortunately, that version left out the most important parts and went heavy on the guilt, shame and fear-mongering.

None of those were part of what those who came before practiced or preached. In fact, it was quite the opposite.

I’ve been doing quite a bit of research into Shame, and what it does to the psyche.

And I’m pretty fascinated by the links to “Christianism” that are rooted in instilling deep guilt and shame by telling its followers that they are:
1 - Responsible for Jesus’ needing to be crucified to absolve their sins
2 - Born as Sinners
3 - Followers of Christ with no hope of ever BEING a Christ. In fact, any thought along those lines is severely shunned
4 - Responsible for the pain and suffering that exists in the world. This is especially true for women who are associated with the sins of Eve

I’m sure there are more points to be made here, but those are what come to the forefront.

My main point is that the Guilt, Shame and Fear that have been injected into the modern, mainstream Christian are intensely harmful to not only the Individual and his/her personal evolution, but also to the Collective.

These low, vibration states act as anchors to the Soul & keep a person from Enlightenment.

Low curiosity = aversion to questioning the status quo and employing critical thinking skills.

High rigidity = dogmatic ways of thinking and an inability to entertain alternative viewpoints.

So, one has to wonder…
what is the goal of an organized religion that indoctrinates its followers with shame? And not only that, but shame disguised as Love?

There are two kinds of shame. Healthy shame, which teaches us how to stay safe and to avoid dangerous situations, and toxic shame, which quite literally eats our Hearts out.

In fact, the real kicker is that we do it to ourselves. Shame is Blame…turned inwards. And much of the time it belongs elsewhere, but we take it into ourselves in order to create some sense of control over our situations.

Deep stuff. Really, really deep.

Shame will operate you like a puppet if you don’t get a handle on it and bring it into the Light of your Awareness.

What is the purpose of collecting “collateral”?
Why is “confession” a thing within the Church?
What happens when you are blamed for everything from Jesus’ death to the melting of the polar ice caps and made to feel ashamed of your race, sex or nationality?

What‘s the purpose of labels like “Anti-vaxxer”?
“Climate-change denier”?
“Conspiracy Theorist”?

Looks to me like the Powers-that-pretend-to-be know quite well what Shame does to a human being. And they’ve been leveraging it for a long time.

Once you see it, you can say “No. I don’t accept your shaming and your blame. I refuse to life in fear.”

Once we learn to do that, their game is OVER.
