I’m incredibly achy today. It started last night. Pain in joints and back. This morning I spent a long time working on releasing some heavy, heavy energy.

I’d advise everyone to please do what you need to do to process how you feel right now, because more is coming. This is just the start.

We are not evolved enough and are way too easily triggered by the instant information we receive from the internet that pulls us into a state of panic and pendulums too quickly, and the internet is kerosene to our already fragile and dysregulated nervous systems. ⁣

The hate and divisiveness I’ve seen in the last 18 hours is incendiary as well as the number of people who claim to “know” what happened. I have my own ideas but I also am shocked at the number of people who will shove theirs down your throat if you disagree with them, even in the “truther” community. ⁣
⁣
If this is spiritual warfare we’re in, way too many are taking the bait and becoming emotional at the snap of a finger. It’s called using discernment. It’s called observe. It’s called wait and see. And overall, it’s called stay out of pendulums or severe shifts of emotionality to one side or the other, because if they can shift you that quickly, you’re prime for more culling.

As always Observe, don’t Absorb.

You do not have to “decide” about what has happened here. Learn to be ok in that liminal space of not being certain about the details. People will try to force you into stating your stance or taking a side.

You don’t actually have to do that.
