I haven’t put out a string of posts like the above in a while. It’ll probably catch some folks off guard.

I guess they big mad now. Reminds me of the day they posted an image of Putin and threatened punishment for accessing their data. FFS - they put their website right on the imagery!
Anyway... Here's the bulk of what's said in the above image:

Firstly, in addition to this site, we do not have any applications for the provision of monitoring data on physical fields of the environment, we do not use any social networks. Therefore, if you accidentally see our data on other sources, then this is just theft, and these people do not stop anything about copyright infringement, they are only driven by profit at the expense of others. Moreover, not the correct interpretation of the data we received, not the correct information about how to obtain it, the locations of the measuring equipment, its denoscription, etc., all this discriminates against us.
Secondly, the content of the measuring complex constantly requires costs. Those who have ever taken measurements understand this very well.
Therefore, we came to the decision to suspend open access to the information received by continuous round-the-clock monitoring of physical fields of the environment. In the near future we will switch to the regime of individual provision of information only for registered users.
Those who wish to receive information from us will need to be registered and receive an individual registration number, and then conclude with us an offer agreement for the provision of monitoring data on physical fields of the environment.
Registration is already open. Application form here, fill it out by e-mail to us sos70@internet.ru
To register, you need to fill out a questionnaire. In the questionnaire you indicate your personal data and your interest in the data provided for monitoring physical environmental fields. You may not fully fill out all points of the questionnaire. Filling out and sending the questionnaire means that you have passed the registration procedure, but does not mean that you will be registered. We reserve the right to your registration. Therefore, be especially important in filling out a questionnaire containing information about your interest in monitoring data on physical fields of the environment. For our part, we assure you that we will not disclose your personal data without your consent."
