Incidentally, stepping outside of known entities and outcomes is where Creation happens.

So, as we are finding our own Way, we are actually Creating it as we go. It is unique to us.

Some might say that this inherently means that it’s invalid because it’s not the “right” (read: known) way of doing things. But that attitude comes from a limited understanding of what we are and how this works.

The only way to find the Path that is right for you is to step out into the Unknown and place one foot in front of the other in full Faith that there will be solid ground that it lands upon. You don’t know what it looks like. You can’t see it, but you trust that it’s there because you are walking in Faith.

What happens in this process is the discovery that what you need comes to you at precisely the right moment. Teachers appear. Words of Guidance come into your purview. Answers to your deepest questions are revealed.

But that process is led BY YOU. Not a list of do’s and don’ts. Not a set of steps to follow. It’s guided by your own Heart.

Your Soul speaks to your tri-part self in many ways. You just need to learn to listen for it. To Hear what it’s saying to you. That’s very hard to do if you’re listening to someone or something else “out there” in the world.

The phrase Trust Yourself is deeper than most people realize.

As is Know Thyself.

I think perhaps the odd and tense vibes that many of are processing lately is the one of “static” or disharmony.

By that I mean that there are those trying, once again, to push for war. (And a bunch of other shit, as we know.) And we are resisting bc we see through their lies. Many are resisting. And some may not yet be resisting but they’re feeling tense, agitated and scared.

In the past, most of the Collective would be swayed into the deception and lulled into agreement by the drums of war. The People would acquiesce to that vibration, even though it was sick and twisted, and the horror would proceed. The lie may have been in disharmony with Truth, but because that was the pervading frequency we were swimming in, it felt correct to go along with it.

Now, there are enough of us who will no longer give our consent, either openly as words and actions or simply with our vibration, such that the waters of our world are incredibly choppy now.

We exist in a sea of energetic waves. We ARE waves.

And now we have incredible amounts of energy basically doing battle in the aether.
Resistance to the status quo.
Conflicting frequencies clashing against one another relentlessly.

And I think we feel every bit of that spiritual war, whether we consciously realize it or not.

So, take care of yourselves. Give your Body, Mind and Spirit what they need to continue The Work and not get sucked into the frequencies of Fear. Your vibration is very much needed.
Nurture it and let it do its thing.

So many people are uncomfortable with this exercise but that's why I say shadow work is NOT sunshine and rainbows.

Shadows are dark. And usually unwanted. Judged. Condemned.

So the person who is selfless to a fault is going to see this and say "no way! That person's so selfish"
And the faithful person is going to say "I'd never be so disloyal to anyone ever! That's not my shadow!"
And the empath will say "they're a narcissist we're nothing alike, this post is so wrong".

Your shadow isn't always "what you do". It can also be WHY you do it. And it can be why you do NOT go after what you deserve and what is meant for you in life.

For example: if you are hyper critical of the selfishness of others and you use that to justify how selfless you are, you might choose to put others first in situations where you were supposed to stand up for and honor your own Self. And you could lead an entire life making these decisions. Always putting everyone around you to the tippy top of the priority list. And if that brings you joy - great. But if not, maybe this shadow is controlling you more than you realized.

Shadow Work is messy, it isn't fun, you're re- opening all of the wounds and melting off the scar tissue to see what makes you tick the way that you tock. But if you feel like you're stuck in the same cycles as your parents and their parents before them - instead of scoffing at posts like this, sit in silence and get real intimate with your shadows. You'll never tame them if you pretend they aren't yours to command.
