I have fallen into a comfortable rhythm of coffee and contemplation with Steph’s masterpiece.

I find myself in no particular rush to get through this book. I know it’s not a quick read, especially when you’re actively thinking about what you’re reading here. However, I am savoring it like…pecan brittle. A bite here and there to remind you of the flavor, but I don’t want it to be gone, so I don’t binge. In between, I have something that needs to be thought about, so a bite at a time stays with you.

Thank you Steph for putting this together. I feel the same evolution of thought, belief, and knowing that so represents our experience of casting off what we’ve been told and focusing on what we’ve come to know.

To the Soul Family here, I want you to know how much I cherish and value your presence and your contributions to the evolution that has transpired here that Gregg mentions above.

This video and content itself made a few gears click for me. And totally goes with the statement above... I feel they go hand in hand. When the earth is ready for a new Era....there are people who are able to pick up on those changes first and help birth them. We have MANY names for these people. But this is the underlying "happening" which thus far has resonated most with me.

Important bit of understanding about narcissists. They don’t fall in love with themselves. In fact, most actually loathe themselves.

They fall in love with their reflection.

The reflection they see in the mirrors all around them is what they become obsessed with.
How they appear is what matters. To others, yes, but most importantly to themselves.
It soothes their deep seated belief that they are not worthy. Not good enough. Very, very not OK.

The people they abuse are not actually people to them. They are mirrors; simple tools to use to examine their own reflection. And when the mirror no longer shows them what they wish to see, they will break it.
