And along those same lines…
for the most part Empaths are MADE, not born.
(Yes, I do believe that people being born with more intuitive and empathetic abilities is very real and possible. However, I do not think that’s the most common way that it comes to be.)

We become Empaths because we needed to as children in order to survive and to find safety. We just didn’t know that we were doing it. How could we? It’s a trauma response.
Trauma responses happen well below the threshold of Consciousness.

Learning to read people BEFORE they explode or hit or are emotionally cruel is a superpower that we are forced to develop out of necessity. So, stop acting as though “being an Empath” is some magical gift that makes you better than others.

Yes, it’s a superpower, but if you don’t address WHY and HOW you developed that power, it’s going to continue to bite you in the ass day after day, time after time.

If you were lucky enough to have been born with high sensitivities and someone nurtured that in you, then that’s absolutely wonderful. But many people need to face the darkness and pain that they were put through in order to develop the powers that they have now. Not to become angry about it, or to see themselves as victims. But to fully claim it by understanding the mechanism by which it was forged.

If you don’t, every time that same scenario appears in your life, you’re going to get sucked into it and likely give away far too much of yourself in the process. Once you can fully see what happened, you are in a position to truly help others because you Know from experience how it works.

What happens when all of the empaths on earth recognize that THEY are the only ones who will allow themselves to feel happy and loved? That circumstances change and experiences are fleeting so they may as well fight for the ones they truly want in their heart of hearts?

What happens when the empaths really start living and loving? No longer afraid of the shadow man but willing to walk across rainbows even if it hurts their feet.

But it had to happen to push us to where we could finally, for the first time EVER, give less fucks about the things we were never truly responsible for .... and step into everything that is meant for us.

It's time that we rise up from our ashes and let this fire inside that demands NEW LIFE consume the expectations that once kept us enslaved.

We all get these ideas in our heads about what it will take to make us happy. At peace.

More money.
A loving partner.
A patient child.
A toilet seat that stays down.
Family without issues.
A properly cooked piece of meat.
A bowl of weed.

"If I could JUST....."

What?

Do you really think there's a recipe for peace?

We all have the ability and tendency to put off our happiness and to prolong our peace by waiting for the "perfect conditions".

What if I told you the perfect conditions only exist in your mind?

And that by waiting for them, you can't see how - in reality the rain is fertilizing your soul, and actually... the trees are growing from that breeze and at the end of the day... the fruit has gone sweet.

You can wait for the perfect day to find your happiness.

Or you can choose a different kind of peace and allow yourself to be at ease, no matter the forecast for the day.
