BRIDGES

Bridges solve problems. They conquer obstacles by providing an alternative. They allow people to cross from one side of the expanse to the other with minimal strain.

That said, some bridges are high and frightening to those who cross. Some are tenuously positioned between their endpoints and seem precarious even when they are sturdy and trustworthy.
Some are low, and solid and easy, but these structures do not span great, cavernous divides. They can’t.

Some people are “bridges”.

In being a bridge, one lays herself down for others to walk across. The bridge carries the weight and distributes it throughout her structure. She is solid, but must also be able to flex. She is strong, but takes a beating and needs repairs periodically. She weathers storms and seasons without complaint. She becomes part of the landscape.

The bridge does not ask for help. The bridge EXISTS. She does not charge a toll and she does not reach out to travelers to entice them to her. She makes herself available such that she can be found and knows that travelers are drawn to what she can provide. She asks no questions and does not judge those who use her. Nor does she judge those who pass her by.

Eventually, she will fall away. The pieces of her used and reused for other things. But in the time she stands between the two points she has been assigned, her role is clear.
And she will serve.

Breaking the legacy media’s hold on the narrative has been our ticket out of the fear-matrix.

It’s still coming down, but the fact that there is no longer one accepted narrative being pushed out is the key to all of this.

Even what we do watch no longer holds sway over us.
We have left the cult.

As Steve pointed out in the chat, we are all in a narcissistic relationship with the government.

Some of us have left and are working our way through the process of examining the depths of the abuse and the many ways it has impacted us.

While some are still actively IN IT, believing the lies and literally helping the narc to hold up their twisted version of reality. They NEED to believe it, because at a visceral level, well below the threshold of consciousness, they know that if that facade cracks, EVERYTHING is coming down. Including their own understanding of themselves. It truly is an existential crisis for them. One that will be met with vicious defense of the narrative, smearing of anyone who disagrees, and explosive, narcissistic rage at anyone who escapes.

I think that this is at least in part why Steph's drawing the comparison with being in a narcissistic relationship.

We're at the stage now where the mask has slipped and we've lost our rose-tinted glasses... and they know that we know...

So what we are seeing from them is the performance for the 'others' who are still under the glamour and spell of it, who haven't realised (consciously acknowledged) that they are being tricked, they are oohing and gasping at the performance.

This is the part where they convince all of our family and friends that we are just nuts, "don't know where it went wrong with them, see what I have to put up with... pity me, but know that I am still the same old me that you've always known. You trust me, right?"

"Good, because I don't know what I'd do if I lost you guys too, you're 'bout the only thing keeping me sane now."

Serves to strengthen the trauma bonds and illusion. They're in on the trick too, of course (just not on the conscious level), it's a reassurance... because any time a piece falls out of the walls or the roof, it's a threat to the world they know - so they shift closer to the abuser... like Stockholm Syndrome.

Stockholm Syndrome.

But the more monstrous the abuser gets, the harder it becomes to defend their actions. Eventually the cost will be too high and the victims will either snap out of it, or quite frankly, they’ll check out completely.
Either mentally or physically.

Some already have.

It’s outside the walls of the cult that the Sun shines brighter, the air smells sweeter and life suddenly seems worth living.

But you have to escape in order to experience that.

We’ve been under the media’s spell for decades.
The grip it’s held on the masses has been fierce and complete. (And I know the buck doesn’t actually stop with The Media, but I’m just focusing there for a moment.)

I dunno about you but as I grew up, I was actually shamed for not wanting to watch “the news” and read “the paper” regularly. I hated those things then just because I wasn’t interested. Or so I thought. I hate them now because I know what they actually are.

But now we have a new issue. And it’s yet another paradox to contend with. Our ticket out of the trap that we were in is the internet. Our access to information and the ability to share it has broken the spell of the legacy media.

HOWEVER, it can also be a trap in and of itself. How does it help to hop out of one frypan only to land in another?

I know you guys see it…the pushes to confirm to the “new narrative”. The one led by the big influencer accounts and names and faces that are rising to the top of that pile. I know you’ve experienced the nasty banter from those who say that your questions or comments that don’t comport with what they’re saying are wrong. Or that you “need to go do more research,” 😂
presumably to get you to arrive at the same conclusion they’ve already come to and can no longer examine.

Please allow yourself the space to continue to always Question Everything. Let yourself stay on that knife’s edge between information and hardened decision.
Open Mind.
Open Heart.

And for goodness sake put your devices down and remember that this too, is a manipulation tool for the Reality that we all inhabit. And in many ways it’s even more dangerous than the previous versions. You hold it in your hand and carry it around with you. It’s a much more intimate relationship than we ever had with the tv or the radio or whatever. Yes, we connect to other real people here and that’s fabulous. But it also feeds images, ideas and frequencies directly into our Minds.
Powerful stuff.

Focusing too much on taking in information in the form of words, images and videos clogs the Mind and leaves very little room for the Subtle Energies that hold real answers for us.

It’s kind of like watching a film version of a book. Suddenly, you’ve been handed a version of what the characters look like, the scenery, their facial expressions, what they’re wearing etc.
And from then on, you’re likely to refer to those versions that have been presented to you in full HD color instead of using your Mind to Create a version of your own.

The world “out there” is very much like that. It feeds you a storyline and it takes effort to keep your Creative Power in operating mode and not just accept what is presented to you as “the real version” of things.
It’s actually not.
Or at least it doesn’t have to be.

We can change anything we want to, as long as we keep things in perspective and understand what we actually ARE.
