I Light a Candle for…. 🕯
The world in this present moment.
For all the hearts that are confused, lost, disheveled, downright broken and sad in disbelief at the inner and outer chaos.
For our inner and outer “critics“ that sometimes allow fear to take a firm grip pulling one under into the deep abyss of doubt and fracture.
I Light a Candle for all those experiencing tower moments they did not expect or ones that they knew were inevitable. Trying to get back up at each turn.
Staring now at the flame, asking it to burn away the pain of the crumbling ~~ 🔥 knowing on a deep subconscious level that it’s necessary for forward movement and realignment back into our Christed selves.
I light a candle for all the people places and things that we may have to sacrifice in this process knowing that soul contracts are ending in divine timing just as we contracted before we came to experience this life.
Knowing deep down that there’s a necessary order to all of it, ultimately serving our higher purpose, as we continue to kick and scream.
I Light a Candle for the children.
The children without parents whether it be physically or mentally.
The children who lost their parents due to alcoholism, illness, accident, incarceration or suicide.
For our inner children who demand to be acknowledged, heard and loved for who they are.
Children who are now adults lost in the world they never learned to properly manage or navigate.
Feeling unsafe, unsure, inept, vulnerable and naked.
Looking around wondering where all the beauty went.
Feeling unable to support themselves in this world of unbearable relentless greed.
May we find our way.
I Light a Candle to remind myself and others that our flames are still burning deep within, underneath all the grief of letting go of what was, while wondering what will be.
I Light a Candle for all the families suffering through unimaginable loss of a precious loved one due to DIS-EASE that eroded their divine flesh. Taken sooner than ever anticipated and remembering that there’s only so much we can humanely do to save someone when their soul has chosen this exit.
I Light a Candle for all the warrior spirits holding the torch, having chosen this walk ahead of the masses who are holding space and lighting other torches for those ready and willing to enter the spiritual battlefield.
I Light a Candle for those of us who have been shown the truth and know why they’ve come. Frustrated at seeing and feeling the divide in the world knowing that some just can’t handle the truth at this current time.
Those who have lost support.
I Light a Candle to shine a light on the brainwashing, the betrayal, the gaslighting and the ignorance.
I Light a Candle for HOPE.
For more people to wake up so that we don’t feel so insane and alone.
I light a Candle for PEACE.
I Light a Candle for STRENGTH.
I light a Candle for COURAGE.
I Light a Candle for those who are suffering in silence, pushing others away because of the inability to genuinely look at themselves.
The ones who know they are good but their minds are telling them otherwise because they’ve allowed themselves to fall prey to lies or emotional abuse.
The ones not knowing how to cope with current circumstances because of past trauma.
The ones who don’t have resources to get proper help.
The ones who are just tired, who beg for a walk-in soul to finish this off.
I Light a Candle for those missing their children/grandchildren, unable to see them or communicate properly with them.
I Light a Candle for those who want to make a difference but don’t know how at this moment.
For those souls who have a book inside of them~~ A story to tell, a song to write, a painting to be created or a speech that could help a multitude of people, if only they could heal and get out of their own way.
Hoping that they find the faith, the energy, resources and stamina to birth it into the world.
I Light a Candle to those who have forgotten to forgive themselves and others, remembering that we’re here to learn important life lessons.

That I am still alive to write these words here now.
That I am still breathing, still fighting, still trying to be my loving self through it all.
Gratitude for the beautiful friends and family who truly care reaching out with a hug, reassuring with the perfect words or a song sent to your phone in a moment of desperation. 💓
The friends who understand your silence and hold space regardless.
The extra special friend who reach out while going through their own indescribable pain but something inside of them says you’re not OK and they feel it.
And you connect and cry together.
Gratitude for the sun that comes up every morning reminding us that life goes on with or without us, gently encouraging us to stay and “SHINE ON” with what we’ve got in any given moment, knowing it is enough.
Gratitude for the moon reminding us that we all go through many phases ~~
Sometimes life will be full of bright white light illuminating our path forward and other times our world will wane and the path will be a bit darker and more difficult to navigate.
Gratitude for the ability to keep going under dire circumstances with those who are willing to support you when your inner and outer light shifts.
Gratitude for the music that soothes us and uplift us on the days that feel unapproachable and exhausting.
Gratitude for our past loved ones who continue to support us from the other side, gently sending messages urging us not to quit, reminding us that we are equipped to handle whatever comes our way.
Gratitude for our higher selves, spirit guides, guardian angels and all higher beings who are there to support, encourage and help, whether we understand that or not.
They cannot help without our consent.
Remembering to thank them on a daily basis and know that they are doing everything possible to help us in this lifetime, knowing it will be a challenging one.
I Light a Candle today for ALL of us, in these very tumultuous times as we venture into the unknown together.
We are one unified consciousness.
A human FAMILY of light about to experience a bit of unprecedented turbulence.

I Light a Candle of GRATITUDE
That I am still alive to write these words here now.
That I am still breathing, still fighting, still trying to be my loving self through it all.
Gratitude for the beautiful friends and family who truly care reaching out with a hug, reassuring with the perfect words or a song sent to your phone in a moment of desperation. 💓
