As planned, we are going to initiate a group focus of Energy and Love for the people affected by Hurricane Helene, and for our world in general.

The devastation that has been shown to us in the wake of the hurricane and the corruption and malice that is being revealed in the aftermath is staggering. Many an hour has been spent in this past week, weeping for what has happened. And although many of us have helped here in the Physical Realm, we can tend to overlook the Power that we have to effect change in the Spiritual Realm which ultimately manifests in the Physical. When we can cultivate a coherent frequency between Mind and Heart, that is sent out in all directions and helps to Heal our world.

So today, at 12:00 Pacific Time, 3:00 Eastern (which is 1900 hrs UTC) please join us in whatever form of focus you resonate with (prayer, traditional meditation, conscious thought, energy direction, moving meditation, etc etc.) in a dedication of our Thoughts, Feelings, Energy and Intentions about the kind of world we wish to see and the support that is needed for all those who are suffering.

I’m adding a voice recording below for those who would like a bit of guidance. I’m explaining what I do, and I want to point out that I Believe that The All, the Life Force of Creation, flows through each of us. So, when I speak of using ourselves as conduits for this Energy, I am doing this as a Prayer in and of itself. We are the Prayer. The Pray-er. This is my personal Belief and I do not push it on anyone so feel free to use or not use it as you see fit. I understand that others may wish to use a different form of focus. All are welcomed and appreciated.

While participating in this the thought came up to have as many people all over our nation/ planet to send generic letters to a contact over there to distribute to people to read our positive thoughts and prayers. If some one finds out to post that address. I would love to flood communities with all this love mail.

Sun pulsed in and out as I meditate

I sent a blanket of light and love to everyone affected, to comfort them and surround them with love energy. And I asked Angels to lend their aid down there. So be it. ✨

That was the most powerful 25 mins. I felt the presence of God Almighty! I rose above earth and pictured all of us pulsating light and unconditional love..I felt an enormously epic amount of gratitude with tears streaming down my face. And then my damn doorbell rang..I shit you not.

I felt pulsing also. I started out meditating and felt my root chakra for the very first time. I’m so happy we all did this. And I believe we need to do it daily!

Best prayer meditation I have had to date.
