Lots of old wounds and energies are coming up to be healed.
What I want to point out is that just because you’ve figured out that you had x, y or z in your life that caused you trauma and pain, doesn’t mean it’s automatically Healed.
That takes work. It takes time and patience. It takes digging in and realizing that those patterns are going to unravel and resurface over and over until you get through all the layers that have built up over the years. Often, they go allllll the way back to childhood. And you likely repeated the pattern and re-injured yourself many times over since then. And, yes, you have to work through all of it.
The good news is that once you become aware of the issue and the real root of it, it will start to unravel itself. And it gets easier. But you don’t just go, “Oh! So that’s what happened me and now I’m over it.”
Sorry. Doesn’t work that way. And the reason I bring it up is because there can be a tendency to shame yourself when an old issue resurfaces that you “thought you’d already dealt with”. And then you try to stiff-arm the next layer of work that needs to happen because you think you’re not supposed to. You think you should be “over it by now”.
If you’re not over it, then you’re not over it. Period. Let that be ok. And realize that whatever layer of that same issue you’re working on now is not the same as the last and it’s going to take you to deeper understandings of yourself.
It’s all ok.
In Love,
TR ✨💕✨
