I want to share this podcast bc it really speaks to something I’ve been feeling the last couple of years around Christmas.
I’m tired of the Fear. I’m tired of seeing posts calling Christmas “satanic” and equating the tradition of Santa to grooming children to be accepting of pedophiles.
I went through that period of time where I questioned all of it. I saw the bullshit and I felt the anguish of “losing my religion”. I was disillusioned. I was sad. And I completely rejected the entire “Christmas Season” in the way I had come to know it. And that really did need to happen.
But the reason it needed to happen wasn’t to close the door forever on Holiday festivities and traditions. It wasn’t to become cold or angry or bitter at the understanding that things have been perverted.
It was to clean the slate…To take away everything I thought I knew and allow me to connect with the parts of this Season that I truly do feel an affinity for. To find the things that actually bring me Joy. Not just the approximation of it based in what I was conditioned to Believe, but real Joy and connection to this Life.
I have forged a new relationship with “Christmas” and Yuletide and it’s MINE. I Resonate with certain parts of it on a deep level and I’m so very thankful for that.
I’m attaching a podcast that I think touches on this sentiment. And it just might re-ignite your love of the Season - and even some of the traditions you may have been led to believe are “bad”.
Things in your Life have the meaning that YOU GIVE THEM. And that’s pretty fucking wonderful.

Ok. So, nothing in this world has any INHERENT meaning. We’ve talked about this before but I got a bit of a download about it yesterday. I’ll explain.
Part of the reason that the Awakening process is so difficult is because there’s a phase during which you realize that the things in life you used to enjoy are actually, well…meaningless.
Holidays, eating out, shopping, clothes, possessions, vacations etc stop being enjoyable to you because you realize that to a certain extent they’re all a waste of time. Or at least it seems that way.
You might even have been told that Christmas is “satanic” or that singing happy birthday to someone casts a spell on them. So instead of enjoying those things you begin to be wary of them. Maybe you avoid them altogether. A few years ago I was so disenchanted with Christmas that I basically skipped the whole thing. And I think I needed to that at that point.
But here’s the deal.
The issue isn’t what these things mean from the outside. It’s not about what you’ve been told or conditioned to believe about them. It’s about what YOU believe.
Let’s stick with Christmas as an example. As a kid you were likely taught Christmas is Jesus’ birthday and that Santa Claus is coming to town, yada yada. Ok. Good bad or indifferent, those are all external stories you were told about what this time of year “means”.
Perhaps during this awakening you “learned” that a lot of the traditions are evil or satanic. And that might have made sense bc you can clearly see the consumerism and the material obsession. However, it’s important to realize that all of that is just another story you’ve been told about its meaning. Another EXTERNAL story.
You might have been left feeling that Christmas is meaningless and fallen into a state of depression or grief. Because let’s face it, when you lose something that was meaningful to you, there is a grieving process.
But listen, the download I got yesterday was simple:
“Yes, life is inherently meaningless. But that is a gift. Everything has the meaning that YOU give to it. You get to choose.”
So here’s the heart of that message — stop letting the external world tell you what anything means. Stop letting it tell you how you should feel about Christmas or birthdays or anything else.
What does it mean TO YOU? You are the Creator of your life. You get to choose the meanings of the “meaningless” experiences that you have. They do not come with embedded importance or significance. The things you’ve learned about them are all just stories. And you don’t have to accept those stories; you can write your own.
Have an amazingly glorious day.

Stand, child.
For you are not a slave.

Do not let the world convince you that you are in danger.
Any danger you encounter falls away with the breath of your belief in Me.
It matters not what you call Me, just that you believe - without fear of reprisal for what that looks like on the outside.
Or the inside.
That fear would keep you small and separate — keep you in the dream of distortions.
And I did not make you small.
You needn’t concern yourself with the words,
or the stories.
You know Me because I am within you and always have been. Accept Me the way you accept the existence of your Heart, or your skin. I am such a part of you that you couldn’t separate yourself if you tried.
It’s all actually very simple.
Can you feel Me?
Do you Know that I exist?
Then that is all you need know. And all you need believe.
And even if you didn’t, I would still welcome you home when it was time.
The rules that you’ve been taught are human-born. I did not make them for you.
And I do not enforce them.
Why would I?
I love you without condition.
Without parameters.
Of ANY sort.
Do not expect Me to discipline you. That teaches you nothing but obedience, and it serves no real purpose.
But, ah, when you become the Master of yourself, and you choose to use that to brighten the world — to come closer to all of Creation, you will see I have given you a gift.
And you will understand.
