This is taking place just over the mountain range to the west of me. I live on the Eastern slope which lets down into the desert. Consumables in the desert for fire are far and few between. There are clusters here and yes they can burn but where there's lots of sand the fire goes out.

If these fires make you angry, good. Use that Energy to fuel your Intentions and your Focus.
Send Healing.
Send Safety and Security.
Send Peace which passes all Understanding.
Rain may put out the fires, but in CA the next danger in situations like this is mudslides. So my take is to just send Healing. We may not know the correct solution, but that doesn’t stop us from sending the Intention for a perfectly Divine one.
