Been meaning to write all this up into an article but holy fuck what a pile of tangled fishing line and dirty hooks to unravel.
I’ll get there. In the meantime, the books referenced in the quotes posted above are a great place to start. And the authors of those reference many others. It’s a deep, deep rabbit hole. In fact it’s a warren.

👆It’s kinda one of those tricky catch 22’s.
You can’t prove this to yourself unless you ACTUALLY Believe something. So approaching it as a “test” doesn’t work.
You can’t go outside and think, I Believe that the sky is actually green and then see that, because you don’t, in fact, Believe that the sky is green.
It’s a slow evolution of learning to trust what you do Believe and seeing the connections. In other words, don’t try to test whether or not this works, instead test HOW it works so that you Innerstand it.
