Everything they accuse you of is a confession and everything they try to project onto you is an unhealed and unintegrated part of themselves.
The question you have to ask is, how much of this will you take? When is enough, enough?
Toxicity is, in fact, toxic. Just as poison is, in fact…poisonous.
Knowing it is harmful does not protect you from its effects. You have to actually stay away from it.
