Allowing yourself to let your Heart open is a process. And one that may go much in the two steps forward, one step back kind of way.

Most of us have had our Hearts walled off and protected for most of our lives. So, it takes a while to truly open the Heart and let it stay open.

Life is still a series of ups and downs. There are going to be people and situations that are not good for our Hearts. Clearly. But being honest about where we are on our own Journeys will help us to make better decisions on how to navigate those challenges.

While you’re still Healing you may find that you do have to protect your Heart. But doing that consciously is a far better scenario than doing it unconsciously out of Fear.

Eventually, we gain the Wisdom and the Frequency to allow us to operate from a much more Open-Hearted space. But you can’t rush that. If you’re not ready, and you barrel on out there with your Heart wide open and displayed on your sleeve, it can break you. Not everyone you encounter is worthy of that gift. And you may not be as ready to give it as you’d like to think you are.

So let where you actually are be ok; without judgement.

No one else needs to understand your choices around this. They don’t have all the pieces to YOUR puzzle. Only you have those. Trust yourself to figure out how they fit together.

Remember that the Heart is the Balance point between your upper and lower chakras, between spirituality and physicality, between Heaven and Earth.

The six-pointed star at the center of the Anahata/Heart symbol is the merging of Spirit 🔺and Matter 🔻
That merging happens within each of us. The threshold is within and we are in charge of facilitating that Balance.

If we neglect or deny EITHER of those aspects of ourselves, we come out of Balance and that causes dissonance and suffering.

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times: The key is Balance.

The Earth and the Aether connect THROUGH YOU at your Heart.
