I’d also like to mention that there is a ton of alternative health advice being traded on the internet. And I think that’s great.

Howeverrrrr….,YOU are still in control of and responsible for your choices of what to use. I see a lot of powerful personalities making statements here on Tgram and other places and they often speak as if they know something for sure and that there’s no other interpretation…
And that it applies across the board for everyone.

This is rarely true. And not only is each person different, but our own circumstances and needs can change daily. Shoot, hourly!

So, the next time you’re tempted to just take some faceless-person-on-the-internet’s advice because it sounds like they know what they’re talking about, please QC it with your own intuition.

Personally, I use muscle testing and a pendulum. And my own needs change regularly.
We are all unique, complex beings.

Look - there's huge difference between consulting another person, reference or institution for information or insight... and handing over your authority for yourself to that entity. And you'll know if you've done this bc you'll feel inclined to blame that entity for the result if things go wrong.

It's like having a built-in excuse for shit going sideways and it's a very sneaky little dynamic. It's easier to take advice from someone else and follow it blindly than to remain in a place of Sovereignty and Authority over yourself and the situation. THAT requires you to stay involved and to continue to check in with yourself and ensure that what you're agreeing to outwardly, actually agrees with what you think inwardly.

And that right there is why so many people never choose to take up the mantle of responsibility for themselves. It's too hard. And they don't really want to bc they're not willing to take the hit if they fuck up. They need a scapegoat.

When you realize that there's really no such thing as failure and that everything is a learning opportunity (and you get your damn ego out of the way) it gets a lot easier to take up that responsibility.

And once you DO take it up, you have very little patience for those who haven't. You can still love them and want them to grow, but when they expect YOU to do their thinking for them... it can become a real frequency mismatch. And likely, that will be a person who falls away from your life; someone you just don't resonate with anymore.

In essence, it's something like this... I want the absolute best for you, but if you aren't willing to do the work, then there's really nothing I can offer you. I know that doing your thinking for you is not helping you, it's kneecapping you. And I know that the only way for you to learn is to go and do it. We can talk about what you're learning and I'm thrilled to do that with you. But I cannot give you the answers. That's just not how this works.
