I can fully attest to the fact that triggers are happening all over the place. Old wounds within us are coming to the surface. And whoo boy, I don’t think there’s much we can do except stay as present as possible and ride what’s rolling through.

For my part, I found myself in a situation that so exactly mimicked old traumas for me that I can only see it as the Universe bringing that together for me to show me the dynamic from a new perspective and to give me an opportunity to navigate it differently than in the past. To master it.

Honestly, I dunno if that’s what has happened yet. I’m still very much in it and working to understand all the nuances.

So many of us are experiencing similar situations. We are being triggered in massive ways. But please know that triggers are a gift. They point the way to the things that really need our attention and if we can ask for the Wisdom in the situation, we will find that it is there.

The dance of opposites applies in all things.
We need one to define the other. 🫶

Sometimes letting things, people or places go that do not align with who you ARE is the best thing you can do for yourself. Do you have a lot of "stuff" that you haven't used in....you can't even remember when? Do you have people in your life who expect you to live a lie or a false version of reality/yourself in order to have peace with you? Do you live somewhere that constantly reminds you that you're not where you are meant to be?

Here's a hard truth - no one is going to change your life but you. No one is going to chart a course for higher ground, but you. No one knows the answers FOR you.

Why do you think you exist? Why do you think you see, feel and sense these things are 'off'? There is a whole world waiting for you to recognize your worth and to step into your purpose. You'll find it in doing the things that make your heart sing. You'll find it in healing. You'll find it in helping those who truly do need your help. You'll find it in becoming a better version of yourself day after day.

It is the easiest thing in the world to point at everyone else, but the truth is, we all have choices. We have decisions we make every single day. We have relationships we choose every single day.

And we owe ourselves a life debt, an obligation to make the choices that truly do enrich our lives. You're the only one who knows what those are.

You can chart a move to a different place.
You can learn to communicate.
You can say "that's enough, I'm done letting you treat me this way"
You can decide that you deserve more pay, and find a way to make it.

This is a good time to think and reflect, to meditate on what is truly not serving us, to own what is ours to own and to release the rest.

If you feel triggered during this cycle, GOOD. Instead of numbing it or tuning it out, spend some time with those feelings and get to know them. Why are they here? What do they show you? When did you feel them first?

Retrogrades sort of allow us to peel back the soil on our roots and see what needs to be mended, cleaned, or broken off.

Incidentally, this is also why there is so much infighting even among the Truthers and MAGA etc. People are STILL looking for an outside source to tell them “the Truth” when they don’t realize that they have all the power within themselves.

You want the Truth?

No one is coming to save you because YOU DON’T NEED ANYONE TO SAVE YOU. You are more powerful than you have ever dared to imagine. Charge your mind and your intentions with emotion and create what you want. If you need rituals and practices to help you with that, fine. Eventually, you won’t need them anymore because you will build up enough “proof” and confidence in what you are that it will become simple in your mind.

It is ALREADY SIMPLE - You just refuse to leap into that space that you’ve always been told is the ultimate taboo. Who are you never supposed to put yourself on par with? What are you never supposed to question? What is the thought that even now you hold as a sacred cow, never to be touched?
