The psyops on social media are literally mind-boggling.
ON PURPOSE, obviously.
And they are going to increase from their already astronomical levels.
Please, please make time in your days to ground and to meditate. I honestly do not know of a better way to stay Balanced and Centered than to take up these practices for yourself.
Other things that I’ve found to be extremely helpful are parasite cleanses, detox strategies, somatic bodywork and breathwork, dream journaling and journaling in general.
Spirit is talking to us ALL THE TIME. Our task is to find ways to better receive and interpret those messages and signals.
The Still Small Voice is subtle and quiet, but extremely powerful. The thing is, we can’t hear it if we are focused on the wrong things.

Wanna know why I keep telling you things are getting better and why we are on a cosmic trajectory from Dark to Light?
Because: BINARY STAR.
Our Sun is paired with Sirius. We have been as far away as we can get from our “twin” and are now heading back towards that happy place where the two stars are closest to one another. Incidentally, that closeness is what results in a Golden Age. That’s many, many years away, but the point is that right now, we are rounding the bend. It’s like a massive Great Year Winter Solstice.
DARK TO LIGHT.
Things have been shit because we are in an age of darkness and ignorance. The laws of nature dictate that we have an equal but opposite situation to counter that.
