Raise your Frequency

Admittedly, this isn’t my favorite phrase in the world. Most often, when people hear “You need to raise your frequency”, it has the opposite effect intended. This is because they are then put into a mental state of “lack”. They start wondering what that means, how to do that and ultimately doubt themselves, where they are and what they are capable of.

So let’s break it down. What is a human’s “frequency”?

For the most part, it is your anchored state of being. If you were to look at the last six months and average it out, would you say that you juggled everything from a place of optimism? Or from a place of pessimism? Would you say that you handled it like a warrior, or like a helpless victim? Did you find yourself feeling gratitude for your trials? Or do you resent them?

There is no judgment here, just simple self reflection. Be real, raw and honest with yourself.

Did you wake up every day looking forward to what was ahead of you? Or did you dread it, feeling helplessly subjected to the circumstances?

Day to day, every single human fluctuates. Day to day every single human has insecurities, concerns and desires that arise. Those aren’t necessarily telling of your overall frequency, but rather your fluctuating vibration.

Your frequency is where your vibration averages out over time and it takes more than wishful thinking, mantras and daily meditation to change it.

The best way I’ve experienced raising my own frequency has been to face my shadows head on and to transmute them through gratitude. I’ve been through as much trauma as anyone else. I was abandoned as a child, neglected, abused, mentally manipulated, molested, raped, shot and blinded in one eye. I have plenty I could choose to be bitter about. I’ve had plenty of things taken from me.

But.

What I’ve gained is far greater. What I have in front of me is so important. What I have to offer those who are still hurting is life changing. And I could only see these things by facing what I thought I’d lost and searching for the lessons.

Gratitude is a muscle that is strengthened through intentional conditioning.

What did I learn?
What did I gain?
What would it take for me to let this go?
How do I forgive them?
How do I forgive myself?
What do I need to do to embrace what’s ahead of me?
What would it take for me to feel worthy of more?

Layer by layer, peel it back.
Shame by shame, shake it off.
Forgive yourself and you will find yourself in a new frequency whether or not that was your aim.

Today is a great day for you to stand up into your own Power.

We hear that a lot lately: “Step into your Power”.
But what does that mean? How does that work? What am I supposed to DO?

Well, that depends on YOU. Who you are, what you’re passionate about and what you’ve been put here to do.

Stepping into your Power means honoring the GodSpark inside of you and scraping away all the labels, restrictions and limiting beliefs that have been heaped upon you in this life. It means stepping into WHO YOU TRULY ARE and riding that wave like a pro.

Thing is, you probably won’t be a “pro” at the get go.

You’ve spent a LONNNNNNNGG time building up your persona and Egoic defenses. You’ve been traumatized, tricked and brainwashed into thinking you’re something you’re not. Or rather, into thinking you’re only one thing, when really, you’re EVERYTHING.

So, your first forays into Authenticity may be a little rough. You may fall off that board quite a few times. You might come on too strong or say too much. You might wobble and have your voice shake as you try to express things you’ve kept bottled up for decades. You may question yourself and what you’re doing. You may have some really hard falls where you end up scraping yourself on rocks and coral. In short, it might not be the glorious grand rising you’d envisioned it to be.

But that’s ok…because Stepping into your Power means following that True North that can only be found inside of you and it can only be done BY YOU. You’re the Master, baby! You just have to decide to get on that board and paddle out to find the right wave. As long as you’re focused on being YOU, you cannot fail. All the falls will prove to be lessons in learning to Balance. And all of the successes will solidify that feeling inside of you, leading you on to more and more expression of who you truly are.

When your Heart and your Mind Align to truly Choosing to be the Authentic You that you Know is in there, all of Creation comes together to make that happen.

Trust it.
Trust YourSelf.
Once you get up on that board, you’ll understand. But you have to be brave enough to try.

I hold no hate for Christians in general, or anyone who subscribes to any religion.

I just have a very low tolerance for abuse.
And I do see through manipulation.
Regardless of our differences, I'm allowed to talk about what I think or want or love or find interesting. I do innerstand that doing so might offend people, but their offense technically is not in my house of responsibility. Nor does that define my goodness.

Their beliefs do not define my "rightness" either. And my gnosis does not require them to believe it for it to fit and to make sense within my perspective and existence.

“WHEN LEGACY MEDIA GASLIGHTS ITS OWN AUDIENCE

This week, the Hunter Biden IRS whistleblowers were vindicated. They were promoted to leadership positions at IRS headquarters by the Treasury Secretar where they will advise on badly needed cultural reform.

Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler were so severely retaliated against by previous IRS leadership that independent government investigators found in their favor.  As they told me in October for our investigation “Bucking the Bureaucracy,” they believe the retaliation was designed to bankrupt them, and to drive them to suicide.

This week’s headline from CBS News, “Once Sidelined IRS Agents Who Investigated Hunter Biden Promoted By Trump Administration” caught my attention.  I knew firsthand how CBS News executives worked overtime to bury both the IRS whistleblowers and the government records they brought forward after Hunter Biden’s sweetheart plea deal collapsed in the summer of 2023. 

While CBS News initially led on the IRS whistleblower story (our team secured the first interviews with Shapley and Ziegler) once Hunter Biden faced felony gun and tax charges, the network scaled back coverage. I found the CBS headline stunning and disingenuous because CBS News was part of the sidelining! 

As the senior investigative correspondent and lead reporter on the Hunter Biden story, an assignment I did not volunteer for, I had broken major headlines for the network.  I was not surprised to see this week’s CBS News update sanitized and my investigative contributions to the network erased.

In my role, I witnessed how executives in the CBS News standards and legal departments, the network’s editorial gatekeepers, demanded language in my reporting that appeared to undercut Gary Shapley, Joseph Ziegler and insulated the Biden family.  Every CBS report had some kind of disclaimer such as, “During the presidential campaign, Joe Biden consistently maintained that he was not involved in any of his son's business dealings and the White House has continued to deny any connection exists.”  

After Hunter Biden’s plea deal for tax and gun charges fell apart, the CBS Network coverage took gaslighting to a new level.  With a growing body of evidence, including internal IRS records provided to Congress that showed how the Biden IRS and Justice Department blocked the probe, CBS News executives insisted on editorial that seemed to shield the Biden family.
 
A straightforward video for social media about a search warrant in the Hunter Biden case took days to get cleared by the legal and standards departments because “Political Figure 1” was Joe Biden.  By contrast, when I obtained audio tapes of then former President Trump bragging about sensitive Iran documents, CBS News aired my reporting within hours. 

When you get beyond the revisionist headline, the CBS News story omits key information and glosses over the extraordinary pardons granted to the Biden family as Joe Biden left office. One of the reasons legacy media has a trust deficit with the public is that it rewrites its past coverage of controversial issues.   It is never a good look when a legacy newsroom has a difficult relationship with the facts. 

Beyond the implications for journalism, gaslighting your audience is a TV ratings killer.  Our exclusive interview on X with the IRS whistleblowers after Hunter Biden pleaded guilty in September to felony tax charges, had more than 14 million engagements.  

According to Nielsen ratings from Adweek, the combined ratings of the CBS Evening News (4 million) and CBS Mornings (1.8 million) are less than half of our engagement numbers.

While the promotion of Shapley and Ziegler at the IRS is encouraging, our team will not let up. 

GOP Senator Chuck Grassley, an early champion of the IRS whistleblowers, said “..if we reinstate whistleblowers who have been retaliated against, it will send a clear signal that pointing out wrongdoing is an honorable thing to do…”

C.S. Lewis told us of a principle of Spiritual Warfare in his Space trilogy (in which the protagonist is based on Tolkien):

That when evil is perpetrated by “normal” men/ women, even though under the guidance of higher powers (e.g. malicious secret socieites/ “elites”/ more etheric entities), then it is folks on the same level of society who must act to remove their power and restore Natural Law.

This is exactly what Tolkien showed in the much missed (from the movie) chapter from the end of The Lord of The Rings, ‘The Scourging of The Shire’. The FoE (Forces of Evil) had reached all the way to the once tranquil and epitome of harmony that was The Shire and had begun in earnest to bring suffering, destruction and murder.

Only the Hobbit folk themselves - roused and wilfully under the leadership of the well-earned nobility of Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin - could do what was necessary to banish ‘Sharky’ (Saruman, who turned out to be a cannibal/ vampire, btw…) and his ruffians.

The King (Trump being an example of the archetype) restores the opportunity for each individual (and geographical location) to become Sovereign, but each must rise to their King and Queenship themselves. No one and no group can enforce the necessary change in consciousness, as Free Will is another spiritual lore.

I’m not too sure me writing these things on here is making too much difference, but I hope that the many seeds I’ve planted over the last 12 or so years in wider circles are beginning to bear fruit. I certainly see it in (some) family members, though still waiting to hear again from friends that didn’t like hearing the more uncomfortable truths. I have been fortuitous and grateful to make many new friends who do “get it”.

And I think this where we are now. People are realizing that no one is going to do the work for them.

The playing field is being leveled so that we aren’t in a losing position no matter what we do. This has to happen in order for us to have even a sliver of a chance. However, the Work is to be done by each of us.
Many are sifting through feelings of disappointment and disillusionment as they realize that the magical moment when everything is suddenly “fixed” is not coming.

WE have to save the Shire. The King is busy running the kingdom itself. Yes, he cares about you, deeply. But he has his job, and you have yours.

And please do not be dismayed by this.

When you think about it, really really think…
Could it be any other way? Whatever you gain must be claimed by you. Then, and only then, is it truly yours.

The Love of God is always right there in all of its glory offered to you on a silver platter. It is an endless stream of energy that has no beginning and no end. The spigot that it pours from is always ON. It does not turn off or slow to a trickle based on your behavior.

It’s actually YOU who blocks it with your limiting notions about yourself and your ideas of “worthiness”. Your thoughts that you are a sinner who first must be forgiven by some external entity blocks your true AtONEment.

And every time you ask God to forgive you your “sins”, you are asking for something impossible. Not because you cannot be forgiven, but because God never even saw a transgression. There is no need for forgiveness in that sense. The only forgiveness you need is from yourself.

Once you let go of all the many reasons you think you have for not being loveable or good enough to receive it, that Love will flow into you. And you’ll realize how silly you were for ever blocking it out.
You’ll see that it was your lack of Love for yourself that kept you feeling separate.
It’s right there.
It’s for you.
You are perfect and whole and Holy…JUST AS YOU ARE.

And that’s the thing that trips you up. Your ego keeps telling you that you’re not “good” enough, not humble enough, not pious enough, not pure enough…
The world tells you you’re not. Others tell you you’re not.
The idols you’ve placed in front of you tell you you’re not.
You are absolutely riddled with Shame and Guilt; with feelings of Unworthiness and Fear.

These are errors in your energy field. They are bugs in your programming. Once you see the programs, you will see the bugs…and who put them there.
And you will let them go.

God is Truth.
And the Truth of you is that you are part of All That Is. No one else can be you. And you, as you are, are needed to complete the whole.

Be your Authentic Self because that is what is called for here and now. When you are expressing your Authentic Self, you are being exactly what God put you here to be. You are fulfilling your purpose.
