(The head of Free Now foundation takes zero amount in dollars. She is vaccine injured and has a heart to fight for school children and raise money to stop mandating vaccines for school children here in CA. Free Now came out of Children’s Health Defense.)

Educating myself on this has been a step in the most healing direction I could've started walking. When I realized which one raised me, suddenly all of the "why am I like this?" And "what's wrong with me?" Started to make sense. I was always made to feel responsible for her feelings, her needs, her anger, her pain, her responsibilities. As a child. For as long as I can remember. Even as an adult, I've had to be the parent. I had to grow up fast, learn how to take care of myself. I learned to be silent and to hold in my emotions. I became a people pleaser and a perfectionist and put everyone else's needs above my own. I focused on self help and self healing for the longest time, not trusting anyone else to come in to care for me because the one person who should have from the beginning shamed me for having human needs and neglected taking care of them when I needed that the most. It's been a hard, long internal battle to get to the point where I could seek therapy and help from anyone else.

But I made it. Despite the odds. I beat the statistics. Today I am celebrating how hard it was to get to where I am and everything that has had to happen to help me realize I am not perfect, I don't need to be. I can't do it alone and I don't have to. I am allowed to have flaws and needs and wants. I am allowed to seek therapy and help and support. I am allowed to create safety and space so I can re-parent my inner child. I am allowed to feel loved and to surround myself with love that doesn't come with attached expectations on my performance. I am allowed to be. To exist. To take up space. To be free to learn more about who I am and how I feel loved and cared for. To unlearn the twisted tales I was taught. I am allowed to focus on those who actually need me - who need me now the way I needed a mom growing up - my children.

If someone is healing from narcissistic abuse, don't shame or guilt them. Don't try to mend those fences. Don't try to bridge the gap.

They need to burn the bridge in order to stay intact. They have felt enough shame and guilt. They have mended enough of the fences with their bare hands.

Give them space. Let them be free. Let them live their life.

Feeling all of this so much lately as Mother’s Day looms around the corner.

Been crying for days and finally realized what was wrong. Bought my mother a card that I’ll never send, just because I wanted to.
Now I don’t know what to do with it sitting there on the counter.

Sending it opens doors that need to stay closed. And I know there are soooo many people out there who would say - “You should send it.”
“I hope you can work things out with her.”
“Love is the answer.”
etc etc.

Love is the answer. Yes.
But it doesn’t always look the way people think it should.

UPDATE: 60,000 additional files related to the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy are now online at archives.gov/rfk.

After the initial release of 10,000 documents three weeks ago, we searched FBI and CIA warehouses for any records not previously turned over to The National Archives. More than 60,000 documents were discovered, declassified, and digitized for public viewing. Today's release is an important step toward maximum transparency, finding the truth, and sharing the truth.

The 60,000 files released today include never before seen details about the FBI’s investigation into the assassination of RFK.

This includes the discussion of potential leads by various FBI offices, internal FBI memos detailing the progress of the case, and more.

Although some of the files were previously released by the LAPD or to individuals via FOIA requests, this is the FIRST TIME the American people will have the opportunity to review all available documents about the assassination of RFK in one location.

As agencies identify additional files, the new documents will be uploaded alongside those previously released at archives.gov/rfk. This will ensure all RFK assassination documents can be found in a centralized, searchable format.
