CPS Admits That "All Offences Charged Under the Coronavirus Act Were Incorrectly Charged"
A Freedom of Information request has confirmed that zero prosecutions have been made successfully under the Coronavirus Act.
The response, given on Monday by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), reads as follows:
Since the CPS started its review on finalised cases charged under the Coronavirus Act 2020 (the Act) in April 2020 and up until February 2021, we found that all offences charged under the Act were incorrectly charged, and therefore discontinued because there was insufficient evidence to prove the offences under the Act. There were no cases where a suspect was convicted under the Act as of February 2021.

Sleepy Joe Biden answers "yes" when asked if he is enjoying his first day without a mask.
A surprise (to us) 'POTUS' appearance outside the West Wing, by the sticks.
The pool caught Sleepy Joe at an unannounced appearance outside the West Wing, where he was posing for departure photos with Meredith Webster, Susan Rice's Chief of Staff at the Domestic Policy Council, and her family.
"Are you enjoying your first day without masks?" shouted CBS's Ed O'Keefe.
"Yes," replied Joe, over his shoulder, as he walked back towards the West Wing lobby entrance.
Bumbling Biden's back was towards us and I could not see if he was wearing a mask. A press official later told the pool that Biden was, indeed, maskless.
Unclear if the stake-out cameras picked up any of the chatter or action, which occurred at roughly 12:20, before your pool arrived on the scene.
As Beijing Biden walked back into the West Wing, a younger member of Ms. Webster's well-dressed and maskless brood began to follow The Golden Leg-haired Biden to his workspace, before he was beckoned back by his mother, father and older brother.
Webster, who also served early in the Hussein administration, working for both Rice when she was UN ambassador and then as chief of staff to the then-chief of staff Rahm Emanuel, is leaving the White House to join Estee Lauder as EVP, Global Communications & Public Affairs.

CONFIRMATION THAT THE AUDIT IS COUNTING ADJUDICATED BALLOTS!

Christina Bobb explains the recount portion of the audit has reached Duplicate Ballots, which are ballots duplicated or adjudicated by someone other than the voter, due to irregularities or the ballot being spoiled.
As we know, Maricopa County saw the highest percentage of adjudicated ballots ever in the County’s history of elections. The County was expecting to have about 6% adjudication and instead saw about 12%.
🔑This is Key: She also says they will find out if the duplicate ballots were PROPERLY STORED together, with the original ballot cast by the voter.
Elections Procedures require the duplicate ballot to be stored with the original ballot that was cast, in order to be able to audit the duplicates.
The auditors should be able to look at the duplicate connected to the original ballot, to determine if the ballot was properly duplicated.
It’s unclear if they were properly stored – we’ll find out soon!
