Years ago, I hated myself. I went years without looking in a mirror. My weight went down to 88 lbs. I’m 5’7’. It was gross.
After my encounter with my Creator Source, my life did a 180. I’m beautiful again.
Believe first…then you can love yourself, after that, the love overflows. It’s a magnet! 😁💕

And I don’t need any advice on ear ringing - thank you. I’ve had this sense my entire life. For me, it means that the energies are amped up. But it’s not been this loud in a very long time!
