And every day, the world will drag you by the hand, yelling, “This is important! And this is important! And this is important! You need to worry about this! And this! And this!” And each day, it’s up to you to yank your hand back, put it on your heart and say, NO. This is what’s important.

My, My…
“Real Knowing doesn’t need or care how many others agree. Real Knowing is completely uninterested in others’ opinions. And real thinking doesn’t look for supporters. It looks for Resonance.”
“It looks for the Ah-ha moments and those are strictly internal. No one can give that to you.”
“Again, it’s about frequency, about Resonance.”
“And when you achieve Resonance in what you Know, then others who have come to the same understanding will find you. And vice versa.”
So very true! We’re magnets, I tell ya’.
😁❤️

Did you know July 7th is Global Tell the Truth Day?
And no, this isn’t just a feel-good slogan — it’s a global call to disobedient integrity ⚡️🗣️.
In a world where lies get louder microphones than lived experience, truth-telling has become a form of civil resistance ✊🏾🔥. Global Tell the Truth Day isn’t just about being honest in your diary or with your partner (though that’s powerful too ❤️). It’s about breaking the social contracts of silence — the ones that keep racism, greed, gender violence, political corruption, and systemic erasure thriving 🧨🕳️.
The origin of this day is humble but radical.
It emerged in the early 2000s in response to a growing tidal wave of government deception, media misinformation, and institutional gaslighting 🧠💣. Though not formally institutionalized, activists, educators, and everyday people began observing July 7th as a sacred day of unfiltered, inconvenient truth. Some even symbolically connect it to the birthday of John Quincy Adams (July 11, 1767) 🇺🇸 — a U.S. president who boldly denounced slavery and stood for moral governance. While not officially tied, the proximity serves as a historical anchor: truth-telling has always been dangerous… and essential.
So on July 7th, ask yourself:
- What truths have I been too afraid to speak? 🧍🏽♀️🤐
- Whose truths have I ignored because they made me uncomfortable? 👀👂🏽
- What systems am I upholding by staying silent? 🏛️🔒
Global Tell the Truth Day is not about being polite — it’s about being principled 🛑.
It’s about saying the thing no one else will — not for shock value, but for liberation 🕊️.
Because 👉🏽 truth is a threat to the status quo.
Because 👉🏾 truth is how revolutions begin.
Because 👉🏿 truth is how we come home to ourselves — and each other 🌍.
So if you’re done with pretending, exhausted by performance, and ready to speak from the marrow of your being…
This is your sign. This is your moment. This is your day.
📢💥 Speak. Loud. Clear. Unapologetic.
The world is starving for something real.
✨✨🤍✨✨
