So for anyone pointing fingers at Trump for de-regulating the authority which was giving these companies permission to spray chemicals into our atmosphere in an effort to produce MORE rain.... Maybe think smarter. Maybe part of that decision came from the knowledge of what has actually been happening for decades with little to know knowledge of awareness by the public. Maybe he has some level of clearance and insight into what has been happening, above and beyond the surface? Maybe he knows exactly what he was doing and the storm that ensued was in retaliation?

The fact remains.....none of us "know". Not really. But there are possibilities that need to be discussed, questioned and fully investigated.
