When you’re in over your head or scared to even check…
Ask yourself what you gain by hiding from the Truth of the situation. Why do you not want to acknowledge what’s trying to get your attention?
Overwhelm is the state in which you operate much of the time. So many people do. But if you can learn to navigate it by trusting that all will be well — by Believing that you actually do possess the skills you need to succeed and that even in the areas where you fall short, you are being shown what to work on, you can actually rise up out of that awful state of constriction and suffering.
It’s not a punishment or an indication that you can’t get through it. The situation exists to show you where to look and to see what still needs Healing.
Hiding from that awareness only keeps you stuck longer.
I think a few people need to hear that message right now. Even though it may feel triggering.
