What are negative energies and entities?
Where do they come from and why do they exist?

WE make them. Just as we make everything else. And they aren’t our ‘enemies’ but they do work against our Peace and Harmony.

Why? Because they are meant to show us something. They are trying to get our attention.

If a trigger is something that points you to a dissonance within you that needs resolution, then a negative energy is really just a discordant note in your otherwise harmonious energy field. It says, “Hey, look here. I’m hurt. I need tending.”
And when you learn to lean into those triggers and do the tending, you see the genius in the design.

But if you run away…the problem grows. And it chases you. It shows up when you don’t expect it and it tries AGAIN to get your attention.

What else do we describe in this way? “Demons” perhaps? Negative entities?

These too are discordant notes begging for you to acknowledge and heal them. They are places in your Field where something un-True has taken hold. And it sits there like the little shit-disturber that it is, radiating out more discordant notes which cause more, and more.

You see, there IS an actual Truth that exists. Unbothered by the lies that get told about and around it. Its frequency is strong and pure and you, my friend, are actually made of this…Truth. This Love.

But, you get tangled up in all the ways that you misunderstand it. All the ways this world would have you distort it and all the Lies that exist at odds with it. Those lies, those FALSITIES, are what is causing the pain, the harm and the dissonance.

Find the TRUTH of a situation and deal with it and you will find Peace. Run away from those sour notes and they will follow you like a swarm of locust. Why? Because You are causing the problem. It’s tethered to you.

Turn and face it.
Bravely and calmly.
And watch it lose all its power over you.

Do we get affected by OTHER people’s bullshit and lies that didn’t start with us?

Of course we do. But it’s up to us to discern and to decide how to handle that. We can learn to see the lie and choose how to proceed, or we can get tangled up in it.

Again, it’s up to us but we have to find our own Center first. And learn to hold it.

Hold the Line.
The Line of TRUTH.

Oh, boy.
Better sit down…

Lies create conflicting energies in the Aetheric Realm and that’s where “demons” come from.

Holy fuck.

It’s LIES.

And WE do it. We make them.

Speak Truth.
Think Truth.
LIVE
TRUTH.

That’s where the Freedom is.

Anything that distorts or skews that causes dissonance.

Evil rarely shows up sporting horns and a pointy tail.

If you’re running around looking for actual storybook demons, you’ll miss the ones right in front of your face.

‘Demons’ are dissonance. They’re lies and notes of discord that are out of phase with Truth.

You can hear them when people lie. You can sense them when people are being inauthentic. You can see them as flashes of doubt and tiny expressions and gestures that signal a misalignment in others’ energy. Some people can see it in auras or actual entities hanging around.

There are many ways to perceive the energies that exist all around us.

Discernment isn’t about applying judgement using a set of rules that’s been conditioned into you. It’s about opening yourself up to truly feeling the energies that are around you…and understanding them.

And once you start to be able to distinguish the notes of Harmony and the clashes of dissonance, it will become easier and easier to do.

Trust yourSelf.

Referencing the above—Lying IS spiritual abuse.

Let’s look at “reality” for a second. There are two definitions. There’s the reality that you encounter in your daily life. The “out there”, the world, the stories, the personas etc.

Then there’s Reality. The Truth of things. Contrary to what many seem to think, there is such a thing as Truth. We all may interpret it differently, but it does exist.

And the basic Truth of things is that we exist in Love, there is nothing to Fear and everything works for the highest good of all. And it works in accordance with Universal Law.

Clearly though, that is not always what we experience. Our perception is skewed and we see Fear, Pain, Suffering and Lies on the daily. And it’s this basic contradiction to Truth that causes the problems.

Lies and Deception create a discordant note when they come up against Truth. The two frequencies are at odds and they create a third one. That discordant note is a “demon”…an energy that then operates in the world creating more discord.

The doozy here is that not only can there be lies and deception coming from others, but it can come from ourselves too. This is why Inner Work is so important. It’s the avenue for you to stop bullshitting YOURSELF. And this is why there is so much Peace that comes from doing this kind of work.

When you can see your life, your behaviors, your actions and your memories in a Light that Aligns with the Truth of things, there is a settling of that discordant energy that you’ve been carrying. That “demon” is confronted and dealt with. Not by battles or execution, but by simply seeing the Truth of it. By shining the Light of your Conscious Awareness on it. Anyone who has ever done this knows that the demon disintegrates under the Light of Truth. There is no fighting required.

That’s not to say it’s easy - it surely isn’t easy to open yourself up to truly Seeing the Truth of things. It’s scary af, but it’s the only way to Peace. This is what is meant by turning and facing your demons instead of running from them. And it’s why running from them gives them more power - your Fear fuels that dynamic.

So, when someone lies to you and expects you to accept that lie as Reality, they are abusing you - spiritually. Because now, you have a "demon" to deal with. The tricky part is, a lot of these people are lying to themselves first, so they really don’t realize what they’re doing. And it’s why they can look at you with a straight face and do it. WE have to be the ones who set the tone of Truth within ourselves so that we are able to recognize that discordant note when it occurs. And we do that by learning how it FEELS.

The way out of this Matrix is for all of Humanity to learn to do their own Inner Work and to reconnect with their True Selves. To understand who and what they REALLY are and embrace that. It isn’t going to happen overnight, but it IS happening. And since you cannot force anyone else to do this Work, you have to just be responsible for doing your own. Your frequency will rise, your vibration will become more harmonious and others will feel that. They will either reject it or want to know more. Either way, you being YOU IS changing the world. Don’t ever discount that.
