Bachar House - The original building, designed by architect Yehuda Magidovitch, was meticulously restored by architect Amnon Bar Or, who oversaw the restoration of some of Tel Aviv's prime historic buildings. One of the facades faces the tower's lobby area, accentuating the harmonious melding of the new and the nostalgic.
The Atrium - The business tower and the Bachar House are conjoined via a high-rising, modern glass atrium, bringing together elements of new and old, inside and out. The tower lobby in this area will offer an exclusive café for meeting and hosting residents and guests. Renowned architect Moshe Tzur is entrusted with planning the tower and atrium. Public spaces were designed by Orly Shrem.

The Rothschild 22 tower rises 29 floors above the ground. Each floor offers a modern and inventive office plan, created by Aviv Group’s best architects and most experienced engineers. The construction is notable for its high quality and uncompromisingly exquisite design, apparent in the environmental space, the building itself, and the offices in it.
