One way to tell if you’re getting off track from Truth is to take a break from any and all digital input for a while.
If something you thought was true starts to lose its luster in your Mind, it maybe have been fed by the algorithms you were ingesting online. Let it settle and revisit it later. Meditate on it and see what you discover.
Lies need constant reinforcement. Truth stands all on its own.
Never forget how important it is to detox periodically and to check in with your Intuition. Your Inner Guidance is the Real Deal.
