Clearing your internal waters of old programs:

Using the element of water: 🌊

Allowing now all the old programs of shame, guilt, blame, doubt, not good enough, thoughts of being lazy, not doing enough, not doing it right, needing to perform, fear, self sabotage, self-criticism, un-ease, dis-ease, (add you own~~~)

Allowing the healing waters to just move through you, energetically clearing any and all distortion.
Moving in and out of each and every organ, each cell, your blood, your plasma, your bones, your tendons, your muscles, your fascia, your skin.

Cleansing, clearing all impurities that are not your own original organic blueprint 🪼
Bringing yourself back to “wellness” as you focus on the sound of the water.
Let Go.
All is WELL 🐬
RELAX.
