Just because you “fail” at something doesn’t mean you’re “a failure”. It’s simply a sign from the Universe to shift your approach. Go deeper or take a different road.

It’s time we started understanding our “negative” experiences as something other than shameful. They’re not.

And if your parents didn’t teach you that, then it’s not too late to teach it to yourself. 💖

If the phrase, “You should be ashamed of yourself” stings extra hard…trace that back and figure out why.

It was probably used as a weapon on you.
And you can Heal the wounds it left.

I share these sentiments. And I know it’s not exactly polite to say so. But y’all know I do speak my mind and I believe that it’s important to do so.

My bullshit meter has been going off since it happened. No, I can’t pinpoint why. It doesn’t work that way for me. My BS detector either goes on or off. I don’t always know WHY.
