Shame is a lockdown emotion. It attaches to other emotions and keeps us from being able to process and release them.
They get stuck.
And they get stuck such that anytime anything touches that same note of Shame within us, all those previous experiences get re-activated. Triggered.
Healing Shame is one of the most important things we can do. And it involves self-love and self-forgiveness — Two things most people are terrible at. We need to learn how to fix this.
Ask yourself how cults and certain dogmatic schools of thought control their adherents and you will ALWAYS find Shame at the core.

But hear this... this is not collapse, it is release. The storm is necessary. The old cannot survive in this new vibration.
Empaths and gridworkers... this is why you are here. Not to save everyone. Not to drown in their chaos. But to hold your center, shine your light, and anchor calm in the storm.
