A RUPTURE POINT IS COMING ——

Right now we are in the pressure zone.
Humanity is holding its breath...
Systems, illusions, and old stories straining under the weight of truth that can no longer be contained. You can feel it in your body, in your mind, in the air itself.
Some are fracturing… lashing out, shutting down, running from the pain. Others are breaking open… hearts raw, tears flowing, light rushing in.
This is the divide ——
and it is sharpening every day.
Solar flares and Earth’s own resonance are amplifying everything. The light is flushing density to the surface. That’s why emotions are high, sleep is strange, and the collective feels unstable.
But hear this... this is not collapse, it is release. The storm is necessary. The old cannot survive in this new vibration.
Empaths and gridworkers... this is why you are here. Not to save everyone. Not to drown in their chaos. But to hold your center, shine your light, and anchor calm in the storm.
A rupture point is coming... a moment when the collective can no longer look away. It will shock, it will shake —— but it will awaken.

If .....
If you find yourself always thinking about politics
If you find yourself turning every happy post into a political statement
If you find yourself clicking through news article after news article
Then....
Do you find yourself agitated often?
Do you find it hard to relax?
Do you let the stories of the day dictate the story you tell yourself of whether or not you had a good day?
Here's the deal. It's natural to want someone to blame. It's natural to want someone to save. For centuries we have been wired this way. We expect someone to come rescue the day. We find a villain and give our problems away.
Here's the truth. No matter what's going on in politics.... You are responsible for your own joy. You are responsible for your emotional regulation. You are the only one who can learn tools, techniques and practices to manage your triggers. You are the one who determines what you allow to disrupt your peace.
So many people have forgotten this. They've been handed one of those giant styrofoam fingers and keep pointing it every which way. They walk around upset, angry and feel this drive to prove their pointy finger. Without realizing that finger is how they give their power away, delegating it to someone else.
Because that's easy to do. It's easy to focus on what someone else is doing wrong, what they aren't doing enough of and what they've failed to do. It's a lot more work to take personal responsibility. To turn the finger around and find what we each truly have power over. Ourselves.
But here's the thing about how energy works..... Your mind and what you focus on is a magnetic force. The more you focus on things outside of your control, the more you will feel like your life is out of control. The more you will see and experience to fuel that belief you've chosen to cling to.... For better or worse.
If you want to be happier, if you want to feel like you have some sort of direction in life, if you want to feel any sense of control over what's happening around you ... You have to start with focusing on what's within your control. Your own energy, how you move through your day, what it is you are working on, building or creating....
It's okay to recognize things in the world that you would like to be different, but it's not helpful to project your energy into problems if you have no intention of being part of the solution for. If you do feel passionate enough about something....then build the answer. Create a solution. What is stopping you from increasing your skills and capabilities to do just that?
We all have work to do on ourselves. If you want to see the world change, it starts within you. Always has, always will.
Don't be complacent in your complaints. Use them to drive change. Whether that's in yourself, or in your day to day. Don't let the latest headline dictate how you use your time.

It’s up to you. You are responsible for what you let into your senses and your Consciousness. You are responsible for managing how it makes you feel and noticing when it’s pulling you off course.
YOU.
No one else can do it for you bc no one else is inside with you experiencing life as you are. If the tv bothers you, turn it off! If your partner wants it on, go for a walk instead. If you’re scrolling your phone looking for answers, please know that they’re not in there.
