This weekend, 23 years ago, I salvaged the plane wreckage of JFK Jr., his wife, and her sister off the coast of Martha's Vineyard. As a Navy Diver, it was an honor to assist an iconic American family during such a difficult time of grief and tragedy.

Learn to embrace it.
