When the same misfortunes and patterns keep showing up in your life…
It’s time to ask some tough questions.
What part did I play in this?
This is not blaming yourself or falling into shame mode. At all. It’s much deeper than that. It’s looking at yourself with true Compassion and being ready to receive whatever comes to you. It’s about owning your shit, aka your Shadow, and allowing whatever lesson needs to be learned to come to the surface. It’s about being WILLING to See and to Learn.
What part of this suffering benefits me? What am I getting from it? Why am I hanging on to it?
Again. This is not about blame. It’s about looking with clear eyes. We were not made to suffer. Suffering comes from Fear and from Resistance to what IS.
We do a lot of crazy shit from a place of unconsciousness. We make ourselves sick. We create drama and havoc. We repeat patterns in an attempt to give ourselves a chance to choose differently than the last time.
What can I do differently going forward? How can I shift this negative energy into something positive?
For me, generally, the answer lies in Gratitude. It lies in finding things to be Grateful for and focusing there. It’s not about bypassing the pain or ignoring stuff that truly does need your attention. But it’s about shifting your own energy so that you can actually do that from a place of strength and stability.
When you are ready to face your demons, you find that they’re actually just You trying to Guide yourSelf to a better place. You can call it God, or Angels or Spirit Guides…whatever you want. The construct is the same.
Use whatever story you like to explain it. Just understand what’s happening.

We are home.
Hubby is on 6 different meds for his heart.
I am shutting down the give send go because I just learned that my Gma who passed in the beginning of October has left me an inheritance. It’s not much but it’s enough to help us atm while he recovers.
To every person who donated and prayed, we are so freaking grateful for you guys.
Thank you.
He is good and comfy because of yall!
