Healing never looks like a straight path, for by definition it is about rising from a lower vibraitonal space to a higher one. The momentum of the lower vibrational space will pull you back, until the momentum of the high vibrational space takes over through consistency.
Shaming people for not being able to instantly move on as many spiritual leaders do, makes no sense by definition. You are doing nothing wrong. What is happening to you is the normal part of rising up.
Instead of shaming yourself, pat yourself on the back. A lot of struggles are personal and you're the only one who can applaud yourself sometimes, and it matters.
