They discovered that the tabulator machines can be reopened after the election, then they can run more ballots through the tabulator, print off a new tabulator tape with new ballots and then backdate that tape to November 3rd.

Matt DePerno also revealed today that Antrim County officials collectively decided to TURN OFF the ballot imaging function on their tabulators so they would not have to respond to FOIA requests.

In other words, they purposely deleted the images of the ballots to destroy the evidence.
