I got a few tidbits. The image of the guys all kitted out with their backs to the camera are Police SWAT team members. (Special Weapons and Tactics) Looks US although I am not familiar with the patch on their arms. Anybody know that one?

The one of the Police officer holding a riot shield is in the UK. And Ali pointed out that the time stamps are now showing European time. And ECB = European Central Bank (we think!).

Is he telling something is coming in the UK or on the Continent?
