Many of us are feeling the need to clean up what we put into our bodies. Old habits no longer fit. Junk food no longer tastes good. Foods that we once liked may be a turn off now. New foods we used to stay away from start to sound appetizing. Pay attention to all of these things. They are significant and we should be honoring what the body is asking for. If you get a weird craving for something, that is meaningful. (Unless, of course, you are still dealing with any kids of addictions - especially, caffeine and sugar becuase THOSE cravings will override your natural inclination for what's needed.) Be kind to yourself and just work through whatever is going on. There is no judgement needed. Your body is extrememly wise and knows how to heal itself, so try to just give it what it needs!
Put away all that old crap of beating yourself for the extra pounds, or berating yourself for not trying hard enough to quit the sugar or booze or whatever your issue is. If you can just obeserve the changes that are taking place, you will learn more and more about how to work with, and not against, your body and its natural wisdom. It should flow. There is no fight to be had unless YOU make one!
