A little research on the company will reveal how long the company has been operating have been operating so backdate the invoice/bill .

It is because they acted in commerce (for profit) you are ennoscriptd to charge for the use of YOUR (collectively) property ,meaning roads etc.Any home owners should add a further bill invoice for where THEIR power line/pipes enter your home (check your deeds) .
