The Florida legislature on April 29 passed a bill to prohibit social media platforms with huge user bases from knowingly deplatforming politicians and other Floridians.

If a social media company deplatforms a user they know to be a political candidate they face penalties of up to $250,000 per day for statewide officials and $25,000 per day for a candidate for other offices, the bill states.

This applies to platforms with over $100 million in annual revenue and over 100 million monthly users, eliminating many but the giants like Facebook and Twitter.

The move comes amid significant criticism from all over the world that social media platforms Facebook and Twitter have de-platformed users for merely expressing differing political viewpoints.

Big Tech’s Trump Censorship Stokes Global Security Fears

Meanwhile, Democratic critics argue the legislation is a payback for the deplatforming from social media of former President Donald Trump.

The bill, SB 7072, was introduced by Republican Sen. Ana Maria Rodriguez. It passed 77 to 38 and has now been sent to Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis for signing.

It states that Floridians have come to rely on social media platforms which have transformed to become the new town squares to express public opinion.

“Social media platforms hold a unique place in preserving first amendment protections for all Floridians and should be treated similarly to common carriers,” the text of the bill reads (pdf).

“Social media platforms that unfairly censor, shadowban, deplatform, or apply post-prioritization algorithms to Florida candidates, Florida users, or Florida residents are not acting in good faith.”

The bill defines post-prioritization as an action by a social media platform to place, feature, or prioritize certain content or material ahead of, below, or in a more or less prominent position than others in a newsfeed, a feed, a view, or in search results. This can make it more or less likely that a user will see a post by a politician if these censorship tools have been applied.

The legislation also extends protections to media outlets, with the text of the bill stating that it will be illegal for a social media platform to “censor, deplatform, or shadow ban a journalistic enterprise based on the content of its publication or broadcast.”

Recently, Twitter suspended media outlet Project Veritas, leading its founder James O’Keefe to file a defamation lawsuit against the social media platform.

The number of documented so-called breakthrough COVID-19 cases has climbed above 9,000, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

As of April 16, 9,245 people tested positive for COVID-19 at least two weeks after getting their final COVID-19 vaccine, the health agency reported.

About 9 percent, or 835, required hospitalization, and 132 died.

Of the hospitalized patients, 241 were said to be asymptomatic or having an illness not related to COVID-19, and 20 of the deaths were reported as asymptomatic or not related to the disease, which is caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.

The numbers are from 46 U.S. states and territories. It’s not clear which four states are not submitting the breakthrough case figures to the agency, which is known as the CDC.

The numbers are an undercount because the CDC’s surveillance system is passive and relies on voluntary reporting from state health departments. Additionally, not all breakthrough cases will be identified because of a lack of testing.

“These surveillance data are a snapshot and help identify patterns and look for signals among vaccine breakthrough cases. As CDC and state health departments shift to focus only on investigating vaccine breakthrough cases that result in hospitalization or death, those data will be regularly updated and posted every Friday,” the agency said in a statement.

A breakthrough case means a person gets COVID-19 despite being vaccinated and having two or more weeks elapse since their final dose. Two of the three vaccines authorized for use in the United States require two doses.

The CDC says vaccines are still effective, noting that the breakthrough cases represent a small number of those who have been vaccinated.

Clinical trials reviewed by drug regulators showed Pfizer’s vaccine to be 95 percent effective in preventing infection by the CCP virus, Moderna’s to be 94 percent effective, and Johnson & Johnson’s to be 66.9 percent effective.

The Johnson & Johnson shot was tested after variants began circulating, unlike the others.
As of April 30, over 100 million Americans have been fully vaccinated against the CCP virus. Fully vaccinated means getting two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna jab or the single-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Also on Friday, the number of adverse events reported to the passive Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) was updated, reaching over 133,000.

The system, which federal authorities encourage people to submit reports to, now has reports of 3,607 post-vaccination deaths.
There were also 2,527 recorded life-threatening cases, over 1,600 cases of permanent disability, and nearly 8,500 cases where patients required hospitalization.

The CDC says on its website that “VAERS has not detected patterns in cause of death that would indicate a safety problem with COVID-19 vaccines.”

Agency physicians, along with regulators from the Food and Drug Administration, review each case report of death.
“A review of available clinical information including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records revealed no evidence that vaccination contributed to patient deaths,” the CDC said in an April 27 statement.

Here’s some of the things the authorities demand you avoid when pregnant – smoked fish, soft cheese, wet paint, coffee, herbal tea, vitamin supplements, processed junk foods… the list is endless. But the UK authorities have announced that it is now perfectly acceptable for every single pregnant woman in the United Kingdom to have one of the experimental Covid-19 “vaccines”. This is an absolute outrage.

This is the first line from a statement issued by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) on the UK Government website –
“There have been no specific safety concerns identified with any brand of coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines in relation to pregnancy.”

They’re lying.

The UK Government have released a weekly report since the beginning of February on adverse reactions to the Covid “vaccines” which have been reported to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. Many of you will not even know the Yellow Card scheme exists – here is the link to report any adverse reactions suffered if you have been coerced into taking the experimental gene therapy – https://coronavirus-yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/.

Within one of the very first reports we were given a shock when we discovered there had been reports made to the MHRA of women losing their baby after being given one of the Covid-19 vaccines. Why were we so shocked? Because this was the UK Governments advice at the time –

‘Pregnancy
There are no or limited amount of data from the use of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2.
Animal reproductive toxicity studies have not been completed. COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine
BNT162b2 is not recommended during pregnancy.
For women of childbearing age, pregnancy should be excluded before vaccination. In addition, women
of childbearing age should be advised to avoid pregnancy for at least 2 months after their second dose.

Breast-feeding
It is unknown whether COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 is excreted in human milk. A risk to
the newborns/infants cannot be excluded. COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 should not be used
during breast-feeding.

Fertility
It is unknown whether COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 has an impact on fertility.’

But this is what we discovered within the report on adverse reactions to the Covid-19 “vaccines”, which included reports made to the MHRA from the 9th December up to the 7th February for the experimental Pfizer mRNA “vaccine”, and from the 4th January to the 7th February for the AstraZeneca viral vector “vaccine.

L3 of the JVCI’s statement –
“The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) advises that it’s preferable for pregnant women in the UK to be offered the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccines where available. There is no evidence to suggest that other vaccines are unsafe for pregnant women, but more research is needed.”


It’s preferable to have the “vaccine”, there is no evidence it’s unsafe, but more research is needed? How can they advise that it is preferable, claim it is safe and then say that more research is needed in the same sentence? This is outrageous.

There is nothing preferable about it considering the fact that the alleged Covid-19 disease statistically kills only 0.2% of those who develop serious disease, and the vast majority of those deaths occur in those over the age of 85 who also have serious underlying conditions. Even those aged between 60 and 85 are vastly outnumbered by those aged over 85 in terms of developing serious disease and sadly dying. But when it comes to those under the age of 60 the statistics show us that the number of people developing serious disease and dying is negligible. Yet the JVCI say it’s preferable for pregnant women to be offered a Covid “vaccine”? This is criminal.

Here’s what Dr Edward Morris, President of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists said in response to the JVCI’s announcement –

“We believe it should be a woman’s choice whether to have the vaccine or not after considering the benefits and risks and would encourage pregnant women to discuss with a trusted source like their GP, obstetrician or midwife, or a healthcare professional in a vaccination centre.”

A trusted source like their GP? Would this be the same GP’s who when asked what vaccine they were offering to their patients responded by claiming “they are all the same”? As one doctor recently described when he asked his own GP. Will these trusted sources inform these women that the Covid “vaccines” are experimental, still in phase three trials until 2023, and are only temporarily authorised for emergency use meaning the manufacturers are not liable for any injury or adverse effect that may occur due to the “vaccine”? We doubt it. Which is why you should educate yourself on the facts around these so called vaccines by reading our fact check of ‘Full Fact’s’ claim these Covid “vaccines” are not experimental, you can find it here.

This is nothing short of scandalous what the JVCI and UK Government have just authorised to happen in the United Kingdom. You only need to look at the most recent report on adverse reactions to the Covid “vaccines” reported to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme to see why.

As of the 5th April 2021 a total of 19 women have reported losing their unborn child due to having the AstraZeneca viral vector vaccine.

However the Pfizer jab, which is an mRNA gene therapy, the one the JVCI are mainly endorsing has fared significantly worse even though 6 million less doses have been administered in the United Kingdom compared to the AstraZeneca jab. As of the 5th April 2021 a total of 43 women have reported losing their unborn child after receiving the Pfizer “vaccine”. But the tragedy doesn’t end there. There has also been a single report of foetal death and a single report of a still birth due to the Pfizer mRNA experimental “vaccine”.

Yet the JVCI say – “There have been no specific safety concerns identified with any brand of coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines in relation to pregnancy.” These people should be dragged to the courts and tried from crimes against humanity.
