What Are Self Defense Classes?
Self defense classes teach specific strategies and routines that are effectively combatting the kinds of threats you’re likely to encounter, like muggings, assault or rape. Self-defense is usually taught at a formal gym or studio set up in groups, or anywhere we can find enough space for 20 people but one-on-one training is also available at most classes.

🍋🍊Making homemade 🍊🍋
🍋🍊Hydroxychloriquine (quërcêtin)🍊🍋
Ingredients:
G.rapefruit (3), Lemon (3). Lime (3)
•Quarter the fruit and place into a stainless steel pot (don’t use aluminium)
•Cover with a few inches of filtered water and bring to the boil.
•Once boiled, reduce heat and let simmer with a lid on for 3 hours
•Let it cool without removing the lid to prevent the Q.uêrcétin from escaping.
•Once cooled naturally, strain and pour into a glass container (no plastic)!
Consume:
•Mix an ounce with a glass of water or fresh juice. (I consume it straight)
•Add a tsp of Manuka honey and/or a pinch of Pink Himalayan salt to taste. (Optional)

SELF-EXEMPTION ✅
Anyone required to enter a CQC registered premises for work from 11 November must be “vaccinated” UNLESS exempt
EXEMPTION comes in two forms
1. FORMAL EXEMPTION ✅
Verified on the NHS Covid Pass by calling 119 and nominating your GP or specialist clinician to confirm you are exempt
2. SELF EXEMPTION ✅
By signing the Government self-exemption form and giving it to your employer
The self-exemption does NOT require you to provide a GP letter or give any reasons
This is government guidance and therefore should be accepted by your employer
If your employer resists then NEU can email or talk with your employer
23 DECEMBER 2021 ✅
Self-exemption allows you to work as normal until 23 December 2021
By that date you will need to have had your self-exemption confirmed by your GP or specialist clinician by first calling 119

Soon NEU will be providing paid-up members with a route to get the formal NHS Covid Pass exemption
