● This amendment allows Congress to banish from future federal office any current or former politician deemed by congress to have “engaged in insurrection.” Its adoption after the Civil War was designed to prevent officers or political leaders of the Confederate regime from being elected to Congress or the presidency.

● In a normal world, it would be impossible for Congress to punish a man for engaging in “insurrection” after Congress had just acquitted the same man of engaging in the same insurrection.

Former President Donald Trump was acquitted of an insurrection incitement charge by the Senate on Saturday.

Fifty-seven senators voted to convict Trump. A conviction requires a 67 vote supermajority.

All 43 senators who voted to acquit Trump are Republicans. All Democrats voted to convict him. Seven Republicans joined the Democrats.

“I had concerns with the lack of due process and constitutionality of this trial going in, and I voted twice to say so. But I had a duty as a juror to listen to the arguments of both sides and keep an open mind, which I did,” Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.), who voted to acquit, said in a statement shortly after the vote.

“After hearing the arguments presented, I voted to not convict for a number of reasons, including the fact that I don’t think the Senate has the authority to try a private citizen.”

“The House Impeachment Managers launched an unconstitutional show trial to humiliate the former President and his supporters. The Impeachment Managers have accomplished nothing but to extend the pain of the American people. They achieved one thing—Donald J. Trump’s acquittal,” added Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), another acquittal vote.

Democrats alleged many Republicans already had their minds set on acquitting Trump even before the trial started.

“They were clearly in the position that regardless of the evidence right they were going to vote,” Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) told reporters after the vote.

The House of Representatives impeached Trump on Jan. 13 while he was still in office on a single article of impeachment, incitement of insurrection, alleging he was behind the storming of the U.S. Capitol one week prior.

Democrats in the House served as impeachment managers, or de facto prosecutors, trying to convince the Senate to convict Trump on the charge.

“Senators, what greater offense could one commit then to incite a violent insurrection at our seat of government during the peaceful transfer of power?” Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), the lead impeachment manager, said during the trial.

Trump not only provoked a mob to storm the U.S. Capitol, but then sat back and watched “in delight” as the building was attacked, he claimed, “violating a sacred oath and engaging in a profound dereliction and desertion of duty.”

Trump’s lawyers argued the trial was unconstitutional since the former president is a private citizen now and accused Democrats of showing selectively edited videos that omitted key evidence, such as Trump telling supporters on Jan. 6 to go to the Capitol “peacefully and patriotically.”

Trump was acquitted by the Senate last year on two charges relating to a phone call he shared with Ukraine’s president.

Trump, in a statement after Saturday’s vote, said Democrats are “given a free pass to denigrate the rule of law, defame law enforcement, cheer mobs, excuse rioters, and transform justice into a tool of political vengeance.”

He also said he always has, and will, champion “the unwavering rule of law, the heroes of law enforcement, and the right of Americans to peacefully and honourably debate the issues of the day without malice and without hate.”

The four defendants will be Matt Hancock, Chris Whitty, Patrick Vallance and Neil Ferguson, each of whom has inextricable and ultimately incriminating connections with Bill Gates and Big Pharma.

As well as three counts of fraud by false representation and seven counts of fraud by non-disclosure, under sections 2 and 3 of the Fraud Act 2006, we can now also prove that the entire worldwide scamdemic originated on these shores.

In fact, we can show that, without the dishonest statements and non-disclosures of the four defendants we are initially proceeding against, COVID-1984 would not have transpired.

Furthermore, the 1st defendant, Matt Hancock, cannot rely upon the defence of Parliamentary Privilege, on the ground that none of the evidence relied upon by the prosecution is capable of preventing parliamentarians from carrying out their lawful business in Parliament.

The motive for conspiring to commit the heinous crimes alleged was paradoxically simple, despite the complexity of the deceptions perpetrated - the maximisation of 'vaccination' uptake, as per the UN's Sustainable Development Goal of 'immunising' the entire world population.

𝗝𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆

Just imagine, if you will, a man charged with poisoning people to death with lethal pharmaceuticals being tried before a jury rigged with people who have direct links to the companies who researched, developed, manufactured and distributed the poisons which killed the alleged victims.

The prosecution barrister would no doubt successfully apply for a mistrial, on the ground that the jurors were prejudiced by blatant conflicts of interest, which would more than hamper the delivery of a just decision, upon the evidence.

Now transpose those circumstances to COVID-1984, change the defendant to 'vaccine' and change the jury for the secretary of state for the DHSC, the chief medical officer, the chief scientific officer and the WHO's senior advisor on 'pandemic' identification and response, and you will begin to comprehend how Big Pharma hijacked government policy, for the sole purpose of maximising 'vaccination' uptake, whatever the cost.

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗼 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗱

𝗙𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲, evidence has also arisen which demonstrates that 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 and 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 met with the UK Government and agreed to censor any content which exposes this nefarious agenda.

Which naturally means the individuals concerned are complicit in the conspiracy to commit the criminal frauds alleged in the PCP, as well as being jointly and severally liable for the consequences of them.

Given that Facebook deleted my last PCP Update and banned me from posting for 24 hours, then went on to do the same for simply sharing my own blog posts on the TGBMS page, we will hold those actions as evidence of conspiracy to commit fraud, along with any other similar acts of censorship which precede and follow this public notice.

However, before I end this brief dispatch from the frozen north, once again I must pay tribute to the tens of thousands of people who have never wavered in supporting this endeavour, since the moment you knew of its existence.

Take heart that our ever-growing number is about to explode exponentially, when the details of the utterly compelling prima facie evidence we have amassed become public knowledge.

For those of you who have been following my work for a decade or more, this moment of sudden widespread realisation will be akin to the moment people heard, in the summer of 2014, that a certain stubborn Geordie recalcitrant, against all the might of the rigged system, proved mortgage fraud in the high court and had a fraudulent mortgage cancelled by the Land Registry.

Until that happened, even most of those who supported my work at the time never believed it would actually happen, until it did.

From my own perspective, this stage of the PCP feels identical in nature, but I have absolutely no problem with the doubts, skepticism and nihilism of others, which can easily cloud the mind at terrifying, tumultuous and tyrannical times such as these.
