14:37 hours: Judge to decide if reporting restrictions of the case can be removed.
Judge decided to keep restrictions in place regards reporting on the case. Leona's welfare stated as the reason.
Police officer stated that Billy is on isolation at the moment.
Billy refused the test, so they claimed him to be positive.
14:39 hours - They are preventing Billy (father of Leona) to attend court and speak. Judge has to decide if COVID is valid as a health issue or accident that he cannot appear.
14:46 Hours - They are citing psychological harm to Leona.
14:48 Hours - Prosecution is a woman. Be good to get her name and law firm so we can send letters.
14:50 hours - She admitted Leona was afraid of being vaxed. She said Billy said 'he would rather they both died than be vaxed' and said he mentioned going to the river. Prosecution are making out that he was going to kill Leona.
Billy's defence is just banging on about him not being present due to 'illness'. Billy is not ill; the court want him to take the PCR test and will not allow him to appear without one. They have stated that he is "positive" without a test.
14:52 Hours - DEFENCE: is telling judge to 'be careful' and 'is it just to stop him appear due to a test'. He also said 'will he be in custody indefinetly because he refused a test.
Thursday 12/01/22 they will organise video link for Billy.
14:54 hours - Prosecution is going for the angle that they fear for Leona's life.. and that Billy might kill her. THAT IS MAD.
14:58 Hours - Judge has decided that due to prison protocols and PROTECTION OF EVERYONE that isolating Billy is sufficient to hold him in prison. Also breaking bail and fear of him harming LEONA. Another hearing will be held in a weeks time. Same court.
2pm next week 13th January same court room for hearing.
Custody expires on 25th Feb 2022 for Billy.

A TEACHER by the pseudonym Eyelash did a bit of Googling and found this gem of a document from the Department for Education, fresh off the press.
Well worth the read for UK parents (and obviously me as a teacher).
Some great take homes:
1) Mask wearing is a RECOMMENDATION
SEE page 7).
They don’t even use the word “mandatory”.
So absolutely no need to comply with a “recommendation”.
I’d say no need to even claim exemption, but it’s a nice back-up.
2) They clearly state in the GUIDANCE that asymptomatic testing remains VOLUNTARY. (Page 13).
So again, it’s very easy to refer to this government document and say “no thanks” to that particular medical intervention for your kids.
Lots of other very useful info there too and frankly it’s good news. Shows how the spin they put that masks are required is a total nonsense.
The government doesn’t even put it on their own official guidance, which is why I always try to read their info - not rely on media reports or what schools say.
My headteacher is always trying to claim things are “mandatory” when they are not. I’ve set her right a few times by doing my own research. (And even “mandatory” would require consent).
What a massive manipulation this all is.
