STATEMENT FROM BILLY PEACH.
To every one of you wonderful and beautiful people,
To say I am overwhelmed is an understatement. The love and support my daughter Leona and myself have received is beyond our dreams.
Currently I am a broken man and I am missing 50% of my heart & world.
Leona is not only my daughter but my best friend. We were inseparable and always had been.
I just cannot begin to describe the loss I feel and even worse the loss she must feel.
On August the 4th 2021 our life was turned upside down and unfortunately hasn’t got any better.
My daughter has never been in any danger with me since I was granted full custody nearly 8 years ago. I love her and she loves me very much.
Since August the 4th 2021 when Leona was taken from me unlawfully, against her & my wishes, the only danger she has been in is from the authorities.
I am still struggling to piece together what has really happened over the last 6 months but I am absolutely sure of one thing, I will never give up fighting for my precious Leona.
Although I have lots to share about the horrific treatment we have both received I do not want to jeopardise or give the authorities further reason to continue the abuse we feel we have unjustly received.
The decisions I have had to make over the last few days were because I felt my life was in danger. They were decisions made under duress.
I have always made Leona my number one priority and I was concerned for my health, safety and the possibility of never getting back to her.
Now, at the family court, we both have the biggest fight of our lives to get Leona back to me and to her home.
I will also be fighting hard to clear my name which has always been of good character.
Please keep up the amazing and fantastic support. I really can’t thank you enough from both of us. It’s been incredible.
I just hope we will be reunited soon and able to carry on living our happy life together and in peace.
