There is a large centre open on the approach to Poole and a failure to act and close this centre will leave Dorset Police liable to compensation for any injury caused to people who attend from the date they were served with notice . The police have a duty of obligation to "We the People" - please see below the steps for getting a vax venue shut down.

1) Go to police first with the notice of Obligation. Add the case ref no. to it. Inform them about the current investigation and that it is their duty to listen and do the right thing by us.

2) ensure to get the police to go to the venue with you.

3) serve a Cease and desist notice to those complicit.

4) get the police to fulfil their obligations and shut the venue down.
