Thanks for sharing your feedback about the increase to your monthly charges.
Why prices are increasing
We appreciate that price rises are disappointing, but they reflect the level of investment we need to make within our business to continue our major investments in Networks and Service. These help us to provide you with the best possible experience with our latest plans.
The broadband network is a growing infrastructure with many improvements and new services being provided nationally. Whilst we don’t own the network, we still lease and pay for the services from wholesale providers and will continue to invest heavily to bring you the best connection we possibly can.
We also want to be able to give you the best customer service, so that you can get help whenever you need it. This we do, by providing friendly, expert help from our UK and Ireland call centres, in our stores across the UK, and help 24 hours a day through our My EE app.
