The Department awarded these grants to State educational agencies (SEAs) for the purpose of providing local educational agencies (LEAs), including charter schools that are LEAs, with emergency relief funds to address the impact that COVID-19 has had, and continues to have, on elementary and secondary schools across the Nation. ESSER Fund awards to SEAs are in the same proportion as each State received funds under Part A of Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended, in fiscal year 2019.
The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act, 2021, was signed into law on December 27, 2020, and provided an additional $54.3 billion for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER II) Fund. ESSER II Fund awards to SEAs are in the same proportion as each State received funds under Part A of Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended, in fiscal year 2020.
On Thursday, March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act was signed into law. A proposal at the World Health Organization (WHO) would give it the power to manage a future health crisis or pandemic, globally, including with powers to sanction. According to Nick Corbishley, author of “Scanned: Why Vaccine Passports and Digital IDs Will Mean the End of Privacy and Personal Freedom,” under this policy the WHO will be able to dictate responses to pandemics in different countries, and sanction countries that refuse to comply.
In addition, Corbishley notes that private finances behind the WHO could steer some of the policies, with organizations including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation being among them.
He warns that if the WHO gains these powers, it could easily lead to forced social monitoring systems on-par with the Chinese regime’s social credit system, using the vaccine passports as the vehicle.

Story about my friend Dodge

I'm going to post a video of someone who has become very dear to me during my time in England. His nickname is Dodge and he is a prime example of how my work with the People extends far beyond Article 61.

When I met Dodge he was suffering from extream depression and PTSD he has many struggles and lives in the heart chakra of the world.
He has some amazing talents that have been suppressed for a long time.
The regime makes life unbearable for people like dodge and suicide rates are high.
I have spent time with Dodge and others living in the heart chakra every chance I get since I first got to England (over a year ago now) I have been his friend I have shown him kindness and human compassion I have encouraged him to heal and aspire.
He has come a long way in a short time. He is finding himself again thanks to our friendship.

People like Dodge don't have phones or computers they don't go online or social media.
Dodge has given me permission to publicly post this poem he wrote about the heart chakra of the world and the People of the world who flock to it.
He would not have had the courage to do a video for social media before we met. Our friendship is one of his greatest treasures.
Please note the excitment at the end as the camera was shutting off as he happily says I'm coming back 🤗
I'm proud to say he's my friend and I'm proud I helped him find himself again. Enjoy the poem. It speaks truth.
